After a failed attempt in the UK, we spoke with about 10 clinics in Europe but Serum was the best place. I just wish we had gone there sooner. We chose Serum because of their thorough approach to fertility issues, their knowledge of the latest research and their excellent level of care. Many clinics tend to give a very high level of stimulations to pretty much all women over a certain age while Serum gives you a personalized protocol based on tests and investigations, rather than blindly "try" like many other clinics do. During the whole process we felt assisted and cared for. Serum has many, many patients but despite this, we always felt like the only patients at the clinic. The personnel responded to our emails in no time and helped us in any way possible.

We are forever grateful to penny and her amazing team at serum. We had 5 unsuccessful attempts at IVF in the uk, Liverpool, Manchester then after researching the internet reprofit and finally serum. Serum was the best by far. Forward thinking, compassionate, outstanding care. Penny helped us to have our two miracle children who are now 10 and 5. We are just sorry we didn’t go there at the beginning and that would have saved us thousands of pounds as well as years of heartache. We wouldn’t recommend any other clinic. We had almost given up hope of becoming parents and penny gave us that hope.

I definitely recommend this clinic, after many years with lots of treatments in other clinics where I never seen a positive pregnancy test, I find Serum and from there I get my first positive test ever … know I’m holding my miracle in my arms, and still can’t believe he is here…with me,

I would highly recommend Serum. They did more research that my old clinic and wanted to make sure everything had been looked at before starting any treatment. As a result I had a Hysteroscopy and found out I had an infection. We got a antibiotic treatment plan for that and following we had an IVF treatment a few months later. That's turning out to be my first successful treatment and I'm expecting in April 2023. Prior to that I had 5 IUI, 2 IVF and 1 FET.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive a child for over 3 years. We started IVF 1.5 years ago with a Clinic in Ireland which we had no success with . After we failed to get pregnant with this clinic we decided to have a consultation with serum and we are so happy we did. Serum were amazing , so kind , efficient and compassionate. Everything ran so smoothly. Honestly there is nothing negative I could say about Serum. Penny and her team are amazing, So caring and understanding. We started this journey a good few years ago doing 2 round of ivf in the uk and finally one round of ivf with serum! For us you can’t compare, the service the individual care of who we are as people and what we need was so understood by penny! Your not just a number or the same as the next person! Makes you feel like family and very personal. Sadly for us ivf ended in 2 losses, but none of this was due to Serum it just wasn’t meant to be that way. We are truly blessed to of had a natural miracle just born! IVF is not for the faint hearted and one of the hardest journeys we’ve ever been on and will never forget! We went to Serum 11 years ago after 4 years of failed attempts at different clinics. I got pregnant a month after my treatment! We have 2 daughters and now we would like to have a third child. We came back to Serum, where Penny and her team were amazing, as usual!!
