Great service from British Bird Control. We just had them install bird proofing on our solar panels. The communication with the office was good, and the installers were professional and efficient. We have 1930s roof tiles which are quite brittle but no damage caused. Excellent work and a good price!

In particular, I appreciated how they explained the process before starting and provided a useful summary at the end of the task. Their application and diligence could not be faulted and they were polite and made sure the workspace was left clean and tidy. Excellent, responsive service from start to finish. They were very open about timings and their communication was always very clear. The fitters were competent and professional. Mesh is just fitted so we look forward to pigeon free mornings soon.

First had wire mesh installed in 2020 to prevent pigeons nesting under solar panels. No more early-morning noises until spring 2022 when we noticed a small gap had appeared in the mesh and bird noises were again apparent. Upon leaving a message with British Bird Control, they replied the next day and advised that they'd organise a team to come out and resolve the issue. A couple of weeks later they'd fixed the mesh, advised what the problem was and also sorted a problem with the guttering while up on their ladders. Great service and reassuring to know that the 10 year guarantee works exactly as advertised. Thanks!

very pleased with the professional job done by Michael and Matt. very hard working and pleasant guys, a credit to their company. one or two pigeons still trying to get under the solar panels, without success. Annoying problem sorted. Would highly recommend to anyone who has the misfortune to have pigeons nesting under their solar panels.
