My wife wanted to buy this item for a wedding. We had looked on the internet and this was just what she wanted, and at a fantastic price too. So we duly placed our order and paid through Paypal. A delivery date came and went, so I contacted the seller through Ebay. They were full of apologies and promised to look into it. Again days passed and the wedding crept even closer. Eventually we were contacted by the seller again who informed us that the courier had lost the item. They offered us a chance to purchase another item from them. I noticed that they still had 1 of the ones we wanted in stock and I said I would take that one on the proviso that should the lost one arrive I would return it at my own expense. We received no reply to this offer. However, the seller did promptly refund all of the money we paid including postage which was excellent. These things happen in life, and over all the seller did communicate with us and did put through a speedy refund. Would I use these again? Probably as their prices were very good.

Lovely dress bargin .. quick delivery

I bought a random set of old wood-working chisels used by one careful owner who had maintained them well. They were correctly described and the several photos were high enough resolution to make out the various manufacturers names as stamped on the blades which was important. I was happy with the price and they were delivered within two days, well wrapped, and were in excellent condition. I would confidently by from Stuff U Sell again.

Ordering was great and the item was received in good condition. The only qualms I have is that all the pictures weren’t of the actual top but photographs from Phase Eight website. The photographs don’t show the drop sleeve or the extra material down the side making it very voluminous and as a small person this doesn’t suit too well. Unfortunately or fortunately my husband loved it.
