bought 2 totally different electrical items, over the course of a week from there ebay store one was listed as in "new" condition. both arrived not as described. both were broken, the "new" item, had heavy use and was broken. got the same canned email explaining about there "normally very rigorous" proccess. made to send photos only to be given the same canned email about both products. be very careful.

I’ve bought over £1000 of items from stuffusell over the last 6 months. When things go smoothly they are really great. However I received several items which were clearly not brand new as advertised and 1 item never arrived at all. When 3 items were lost by Royal Mail for over 3 weeks eBay refunded me. Their customer service agents border on outright rude and sarcastic and i felt ‘blamed’ by them for needing to return items and raising a case with eBay for lost items. Such a shame that they are let down by poor customer service staff.

First time transaction with this ebay seller. I ordered a branded (Rapha) jacket and was a little bit unsure of what I was going to get in terms of quality, condition or service. Was pleasantly surprised when the genuine article arrived quickly, well-packaged and brand new with labels attached - exactly as described. Fits in very well with existing items I already own from this brand (bought direct) and I've used it several times now. Overall, very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again.
