Good quality, excellent delivery

Bought quite a few items from their Ebay store. Products are a ok but they need to step it up a bit in customer service. I bought the wrong-sized top and wrote four times to ask for a swap before they posted out. Each time I just got a standard email in reply. Ignored my request completely so I ended up with an unwearable item. When I complained I got an email saying how busy they were, which didn't really solve my problem!

The Whistles jumper I ordered arrived promptly and was even nicer than in the photograph! I was very pleased with the price I paid and will certainly be checking out items with stuffusell again!

I purchased a whistles jumper from Stuff U Sell at a really really good price it was dispatched very quickly but alas when it arrived it was beautiful but too big. I messaged the seller first to explain and started a return that day - the seller responded immediately and i had already been given the return address when the parcel arrived so it was so simple - couldn't ask for anymore thank you Stuff U Sell i shall be using you again.
