Item was deeply tarnished and not as described. Returns process inadequate and found the seller argumentative in communicating. I’m out of pocket. I’d never purchase again.

I bought a CD cleaner from this company off ebay. Arrived in prompt time, however item failed after only a couple of uses. Post sales service was excellent however, corresponded with the same person everytime and return delivery and full refund was issued when they recieved item back.
