I am a bit puzzled by the skirt I received.. in the phot on the seller's site on EBay, the Hobbs Florrie skirt has a black band at the waist, and the rest of the skirt is the red and black tweed effect colours as advertised. However, the skirt I received also has a black band all the way around the hem, so it not identical to the photo.
