Ordered twice both times items were well packed, exactly as described and both arrived eariler than expected.

As the parcel had not arrived - I tracked through the royal mail app - this had been delivered and there was a picture. The picture was not of my house. I contacted the site to ask them to chase - as only sender can chase. They have refused to do so stating as far as they are concerned it has been delivered. They are no longer responding to my emails.

The pendent came with no original Links of London packaging was just in a plastic bag It was supposed to be a present I was embarrassing an unacceptable to give a gift in a plastic bag Was very disappointed Was no way to actually know if Product itself was new or real Very very disappointed will not use them again
