I did not book with this ferry company but was bumped onto a boat with this company. I would not recommend this company. Go with a bigger boat! The passengers were packed like sardines with no a/c and the ride felt dangerous and reckless. People voiced concerns that the boat would flip. One person told me on a passenger fell off the boat on the way to Gili Air from Bali. Everyone on the boat was miserable.
