We were exceptionally happy with SellMyOwnPlace. The price was considerably less than any other local estate agent. Carl and his team were superb, great communication and advice and a really friendly service. It was the little touches that I would recommend them for, such as the way he interacted with the children, letting them use his laser pen to measure rooms. The team was great, we live a hectic live and they showed potential buyers round the house for us when we were busy, which really helped. Our house sold within an hour of being listed, unfortunately the buyer’s circumstance changed and they had to pull out, however SellMyOwnPlace managed to get us another buyer quickly. We would highly recommend based on our experience, don’t be put off by the low price, the service was fab.
