Please avoid using Logo Shines for any of your business needs. Also, be sure to get all information in writing before you submit payment. You’re better off finding another company. Logo shines is basically a scam. Not worth the time or headache.

Came to logoshines team for designs of new landing pages on my website, and they've done very nice work with the pages. Designs and responsiveness is just perfect, overall experience is good though a bit pricey but all worth it.

I am seriously looking into reporting this fake company! They took over 9 months to give me an incomplete website! After paying for one the packages over £300!!!! (very bad mistake) they exempt any refunds! Read the terms and conditions! Super convincing when it comes to selling and taking payment and once thats out the way, you won't hear from them! They are a fraud company, none of them are actually web designers, you have to direct the entire website yourself! They will try to blame you for it, very rude, unprofessional and unreliable! Disgusting that they are still operating. Oh yes and they say they are based in UK but thats a lie! They are based in India and all their names are fake! Seriously dangerous company! I warn you never ever go with them, READ ALL THE REVIEWS!!

Absolutely worst service I have ever had from a company in my life! After several months and complaints with phone calls after insisting they call me to resolve I was told quote ‘Well do it yourself then!’ ‘I don’t have time for this call’ etc etc absolutely discusting! If you want cheap service then expect the very worst quality and customer experience you will ever experience like myself! Good luck I made mistake of not reading these before going ahead!

The website they built for me was not designed properly and almost none of the hyperlinks were even setup. They have a lot of people that are great at selling and making promises that they will not uphold. When the website was taken live I was promised that a developer would walk me through the site and train me on the options embedded of which I have never heard from them. I went through four developers in two months, and my site looks like a child developed it, you can see for yourself at geosolarpower.com. Furthermore, they talked me into purchasing SEO and upgrading my site to support it but nothing has been doen other than they took my money.

It may be possible that they are connected with "Logo Ventures" same game, Complete fraud. When I was unhappy with the lack of support, expressed my concern over the fact that the address they have listed as their business address DIDN'T EXIST, they hung up on me, TWICE! Then a smooth talking guys calls and persuades me to drop my dispute with the bank (they got me for $299, stupid me) I tell my bank that they are working to resolve the issue...after that, no follow thru. They send crappy designs WORSE than the ones I can do on the free logo maker site, not following any of my directions. NO RESPONSE. I requested a refund, he said you only get a refund if we do not deliver your product. I screen shot the webpage that guarantees 100% refund if not happy. I AM NOT HAPPY and now they will not return my calls. A HUGE SCAM! HUGE! STAY AWAY! I plan on disputing with my bank and filing a report with the BBB. BTW. the address on Hope St is not their real address. Neither is the one in Gardena.

Thankyou for the amazing halloween banners and logo's. I was able to pull of a perfect campaign for Halloween. One can count on Logoshines for out of the box ideas and quality designs.

Timely delivery of logos and designs topped with good coordination with the design team saved us a lot of stress. Highly recommended company and great people to work with.

Stay away from this "company". They are cheaters! I've ordered 3 different services and got nothing, they promised me a refund which I've never received! JUST STAY AWAY! I wish I'd have listened to all the negative reviews before ordering!
