Limit bets to £10 (excluding horses) Slow to payout and blame the bank.

Deposited money 1-2 years ago and had a few bets, some winners some losers. £18 pretty much now trapped in my account because the card it was put in with is no longer valid. They have a page on their websites explaining they operate a “closed loop” withdrawal system - meaning funds need to go back to the same card. They don’t clearly spell out how to get past that. Now they say they’re going to attempt to withdraw it monthly and take £5 at every failed attempt. Absolute frauds. Response to the below reply: I’ve no idea how or when this was resolved, if I managed to withdraw or just bet away the stuck funds for a bit of craic. That’s a full year to reply so transactions no longer visible. I absolutely will not be sending an email or using the app ever again 👍🏼

I would have given no stars if it was an option. Very abrupt when trying to sort out a promo that didn't come through. Had this before with other betting apps and they have just sorted. Asked for my account to be closed, they did this half way through the online chat, rude!! Stay clear.

Dreadful, paid less than should have and then got the run around from the customer services team. Horrible company, avoid!!!!

I deposited some monies,, there was some app issues so I decided to withdraw.. it has disappeared from my account balance, no record of it being deposited- yet not in my bank: oh and the bet won.. scumbag scammers, never bet with them..

Dishonest and extremely poor I've used many betting sites but this is one of the worst. A promotion that is advertised everywhere, 'Bet £10, Receive £30', is not a guarantee to be granted. I created an account and deposited a £10. Immediately. I received an automated email saying that the account had been reviewed and that I was ineligible for the offer and any other promotion. Bear in mind that I had just signed up and ID verified. Safe to say, it's not likely I return to this one..,

Awful company..no form of bonuses their site is awful..cash out disappears when you need it ...no best price guarantee and have technical issues quite regularly.. had problems with some football bets yesterday..asked to be refunded and was told no chance so closed my account..still waiting for my last withdrawal to be paid.. definitely don't recommend them to anyone

High four figure balance Locked for over 3 months. No email reply, shut down their phone line. Seems like they are in financial trouble. Avoid and just read the number of people this is happening to on this and parent company Smarkets.
