I recently placed an order with easy wellies, ordered my boots and received them a few days later> I had correspondence to tell me which day they would arrive etc. unfortunately the boots I ordered didn't fit correctly so I needed to send them back for a refund/swap. I am disgusted that with either option you are charged!! Please be aware of this when ordering, bit of a cheek!

Debated on a few main brands of wellies - Hunters etc and landed on these. Loving the styling with flater heels aids my daughter's walking. The pullers on the back are a must for ease for taking off and on. Overall really impressed and will be buying more in the future.

Easy to use web-site with real time stock and countdown timer for same day despatch. Dead easy to use and they use DPD to delivery who are very good and their tracking service is excellent. Also accept PayPal which makes life so much easier. No complaints at all.

After searching the high street for what seems like forever for wellies that fit me decided my only option was to look on line. I had a pair of wide calf wellies delivered although they again did not fit and to be honest I felt very deflated about it and almost gave up on ever finding a comfortable pair. I emailed your sales team in the evening and was quickly replied to the next morning by James who was really helpful taking my details height, calf and shoe size etc. On his advise I ordered another pair which arrived and fit perfectly. They have really been put to use already walks around country houses, in the sea, park etc and still great, comfortable, warm and waterproof. My 4 year old daughters face was a picture when I joined her jumping in muddy puddles. Massive thanks to James for his time and help.
