Had a booking for today but was let down didn't show up as planned. Not even a phone call explaining the problem for no show. Contacted them myself by phone but was put on voice mail, i explained my situation but just received a message saying i'll ring you back which they didn't. Turned up an hour later apologising explaining they were parked up at the bottom of my road txting ? Sorry but i don't think much about customer service from this company
