I purchased and printed out my Quit Claim Document to transfer property from my sister to myself. We had everything filled out properly and when we went to the courthouse to have the document notarized and filed the clerk looked at the document they repeated stated that it would not be accepted for filing. They advised that the legal description had to added in the document and not attached.

Little difficult toward the completion form with downloading, printing, saving. May just be me as an “older person”!!
