Being able to request and receive the exact form for my purpose was good. I had to use the Word file to make corrections on line lengths. Of course the PDF file would not allow changes. Other than this, all was well.

Know your law terms!
The "legalese" in the Power of Attorney document was really tough. Should've probably gone to a lawyer, but time constraints and $ held us back! Good thing the notary was well versed!
