We were very happy with the service. Luke was very lovely, great with our little one, patient (we needed a lot of time and options), understanding and overall professional. The initial quote he gave us was higher than one we'd had with another company. We told him this, but that we wanted to go with his company because of his company because we felt he was trustworthy and that he would do the job to the best of his ability (we wanted to support the person behind the company). He agreed to match the other company's quote plus more. The blinds look immaculate. Can't complain.
