Really disappointing meal. There was less than a teaspoon of beef, no sauce. It arrived freezing cold. Horrible!

Ordered beef shin ragu. Recieved what only can be described as a couple of teaspoons of watery sauce in a container full of pasta. So disappointed as was looking forward to trying based on the picture.

I haven’t used this business for two years as the customer journey was so bad. I gave it another a go and it’s even worse than 2022!!!! Great pasta yet absolutely dreadful service.

We only order when on offer as the portion size of pasta is always good but the actual sauce is virtually missing. We love the beef shin but there is literally next to no sauce with it. The bit of sauce we get is beautiful but we end up eating a bowl of plain pasta so for us it isn't worth the full price sadly. Double the sauce and we'd happily pay full price and order regularly. What can I say. My family and myself were blown away by the pasta dishes we ordered. Absolutely, delicious you could taste the ingredients/produce which was fresh and texture was amazing. The food tastes like you were eating Italian home cooked meal. The packaging and presentation was great and the food was still hot. A great culinary experience will order again.
