Pasta Evangelists Excellent 5 Stars

First time ordering and cannot recommend highly enough. Ordered the “half & half” option which gives you the choice of two sauces. The beef ragu was melt in the mouth and the pasta was perfect. The wild mushroom sauce was also so delicious. Both dishes perfection and amazing value for money as top quality ingredients used. The burrata was also wonderful, so fresh and creamy. These dishes are definitely cooked with love! 5 stars.

Beef shin lasagna

Just had the Beef shin lasagna the meat was melt on the crunchy pasta bits .Absolutely delicious . Artesian pasta for a fraction of the price

The most terrible experience

The most terrible experience. My first delivery was hours late and then was cancelled, other deliveries were late, dishes became sold out after I'd ordered them etc. So disappointing.

If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible terrible customer service and way of running a business. I ordered on the weekend as found out about a code that I thought was a pretty good deal. I thought it was a ‘try us and just pay shipping’ kinda deal. So I did it, it arrived on Monday and then I start getting harassing emails because they messed up their code and it wasn’t meant to be the price they charged me, but instead significantly more. These emails I received suddenly from PE were asking me to pay an astonishing amount because they messed up their own code and it had charged me the wrong price. Can I point out that nothing in the code suggested what the deal was - it was a totally ambiguous code so I just assumed the amount I paid was the correct amount - you don’t normally have to check if the website as correctly discounted something and charged you the correct price!! I contacted PE and received an email back still asking for payment for a different amount originally said (??) and didn’t acknowledge any of my grievances about the situation or the fact that I said in the email that I wasn’t happy with the order anyway - their pasta is basic and really not that good. They forgot soemtning in the order as well. Any other multi-million pound business would just accept they made a mistake and not go after people for money. Not worth the money (even at the price I paid), the hassle of dealing with them or the pasta to be frank.

Shocking customer service

They cancelled my order without notification due to a glitch in the system. I waited all day for my order without being told I wouldn't be recieving it. Then on the phone the women I spoke to was not helpful in the slightest and didn't listen to me. I have been told I will be issued a refund but need to wait 3-5 working days. Via email I recieved a 'fixed' code that didn't even work. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.
