Do not order on Pasta Evangelists website, 2 hours waiting for my order while the website advertises 15 to 20 minutes delivery. After 1 hour I call to check up on my order, I am told that it should arrive in 15 minutes, 40 minutes later still nothing arrived with the delivery time estimated at 2 hours after order. I call again to check on my order, and I am told that the driver never picked up the order and ended his shift so my order was cancelled all while the website tracking was still showing a later estimated delivery time. As an apology I was suggested to cancel my order (how convenient) and get refunded or book another driver... I chose to cancel. This is unacceptable after 2 hours waiting for delivery. The website is clearly doing false advertising and not delivering on the supposedly services it offers, this is a violation of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations! RUN!!!

Genuinely one of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. Pasta was bland, tastes didn’t work together, just horrid. The dessert was something from a catering supplier. Avoid.

Having placed many orders with pasta evangelists to the point I had 3 paused subscriptions when I came to cancel. I am disappointed with the level of customer service. I have a predominantly vegetarian family so every previous order would be (double portion)3 vegetarian dishes and one meat based to accommodate the one member who isn't vegetarian. This has been that ratio the entire time I've used the service. Needless to say I missed the pre shipping email reminder and by the time I'd managed to log on to check the menu selection, it had been automatically selected. 8 portions of meat and seafood based pastas without the ability to edit. We've never ordered seafood based ever.... pasta arrived at 8:59pm. Contacted customer services to complain about the automated selection given the easily verified past orders and was essentially told that the system orders based on previous orders and what was available.... funnily enough that consisted of seafood which we don't eat, so have never ordered and meat based despite previous orders being heavily vegetarian ect. After basically being told it's my own fault for not editing the order and the late delivery not being their problem either. I cancelled all of my subscriptions, there is £70-£80 per order I've saved, shame I had to waste that amount of money on this orders pasta that will not be eaten. Shame to discover what atrocious customer service this company has.

Love the FOOD ! All the dishes are really good, I've not been disappointed with any. Its a nice treat from time to time for a quick and tasty dinner. But it is quite pricey if there aren't any discounts so its not something that I can afford to do regularly.

This was my first time ordering a takeaway. The beef shin ragu was so so delicious - they are not stingy with the meat at all. I ordered the grande and the portion size was massive with fresh pasta. The tomato and rosemary focaccia was so soft and bouncy and the pesto sauce was amazing and freshly made. Bearing in mind this was a late night order but they have made sure the food quality was more than 100%.Thank you very much, I will recommend you and I will definitely be ordering again.

I am overjoyed. I had a problem receiving my order and raised a complaint with Pasta Evangelists. This was my first order with Pasta Evangelists and I was angry and frustrated! But - to my great joy - they followed up on the problem and all is now resolved. As a reliable and customer focused company, I highly recommend Pasta Evangelists!! The company stands by its promises!

We’ve been ordering from Deliveroo for a little while now - the first few times were amazing! Truly some of the best pasta dishes we’ve had. Until recently where our last 3-4 orders have been horrendous. Dry pasta with barely any sauce (despite choosing the extra sauce option). Will not be ordering again. A real shame as the recipes are spot on when done properly.

Firstly the food took 1 hour to arrive with zero communication from them, I had to call up multiple times just to be told there aren't many drivers on tonight. Secondly when it arrived it was cold, I looked at the receipt and it said the driver picked the food up at 21:30 but I received it at 22:05. Over half an hour just sat in the delivery drivers bag! Thirdly I asked for a half and half dish but they just put it in two separate boxes, surely that defeats the point of ordering a half and half! Finally, the only reason I ordered was because they were advertising that you get a free item when you spend over £15, when the food arrived there was no free item! Absolute joke, DO NOT ORDER!!!
