I've had a great experience with Pearson Locke, they have a very professional team who have helped me through my claim against Vanquis. Highly recommended.

This is a good company in general, employees, authorities, and clients are always happy with Pearson Locke. No better company to work for. I am a current employee for 1 and a half years and very happy with my employment.

Please stay away from them. Whether you are a customer, an intern or an employee. They are frauds, they will scam you. Please believe in the other reviews. For interns, either they will pay you late or wont give you certificate. I wish they go bankrupt some day🎵

AMAZING COMPANY

The lady I call for an update on my claim is completely not interested at all. They tell you one thing then the next time you call they tell you something completely different. I don't even think she loaded up my details on the system!! I have 2 claims in. Been in well over a year now. One they have not even submitted and the other they say they do not know when I will hear back. Ongoing for such a long time! They told me I would have to pay a fee if I want to cancel claims with them however one has not even been handled as yet! Terrible customer service and terrible communication! Do not go with this firm!!

Absolute scam. Told me they would look into a change in legislation and see if I was eligible, clealy stating this was not an affordability claim with clear instructions not to put in a claim without my permission and then multiple claims arise with threats of my accounts being shut down due to affordability concerns. Stay away, they can't be trusted!
