Excellent, no more smell of cat wee from the stray tom that favours my front door!

Their delivery was quick, but unfortunately I had a couple of items damaged, so I wrote them an email with pics and they got back to me saying they will straight away sent new replacement items, which they arrived a couple of days later, neatly packed and protected. Very pleased with everything, will definitely buy from them again.

I look up the offers online and telephone my order. I like the personal touch! The staff are unfailingly helpful and courteous and my order invariably arrives well packed and within forty-eight hours.
