I purchased a small item, and paid for it with paypal. Although it showed as paid on my paypal account, on my account at Pet Warehouse it said that the payment was pending. I e.mailed Pet Warehouse, sending them the details and the paypal transaction, and they confirmed almost immediately that there was a small problem at their end, but that my payment had definitely gone through and that the item would be dispatched as soon as possible. I received my item a couple of days later. Very impressed with their quick contact and fast delivery.
