Very accommodating and helpful. Everyone was amazing, especially Alp, Yasin and Hasan.

I found this place to be very professional. Everyone was very caring and kept on asking if I was ok and at any time if I didn’t they helped me. The actual building looks really high end. Would certainly recommend this place I found hasan really helpful too.

Everything from start to finish was amazing!! From my initial conversations with Özge to the very final moments. It was perfect. Everything was explained in detail and all my answers were answered. Everything was handled with ease, from airport transfer, booking into my hotel and transportation from my hotel to the clinic. All the staff are very friendly and De Serkan’s clinic is just perfection. After the transplant the follow up explanations with Hasan was great and left me with no questions! Highly recommend anyone thinking of a hair transplant to come here.

FUE transplant Jan 2025 Initially had a FUE transplant in Hungary on my crown, the results were not great After extensive research, had my second FUE hair transplant with Dr Serkan’s clinic in Turkey Day 1 and so far so good. Very well organised from online consultation (Ozge), having a point of contact for taxi/hotel (Alp), then the pre checks, blood check and a brief consultation with Dr Serkan. The actual procedure went smoothly and there is good coverage, the transplant team were very professional. Also good after care provided by Hassan. The difference between De Serkan’s clinic and the one in Hungary is Dr Serkan’s clinic 1. They provide more communication 2. On site tests 3. Listen more to what the patient wants 4. Have a laser clean up next day included 5. Free shampoo, hat and foam 6. Extract hair from beard or chest to increase hair grafts They have many hair transplant patients per day (maybe 10), so you feel hurried by some. Overall happy so far, will write another review later

Having done a hair transplant outside of turkey, i can say that the experience in turkey and at the doku clinic has been professional all the way through. A standard i had not yet experienced. Amazing staff and great experience from Hasan.
