I am very satisfied with the experience from the moment they picked me up from the airport and until they dropped me off. It’s been almost 2 years since my procedure and I’m very satisfied with the results. I am planning to come back for my second treatment soon.

Updating my review! Average service! You would get the same if not better service in other clinics. The doctor won’t do the HT surgery him self! Bunch of technicians will do. Hard to communicate! I’ve been trying to schedule a beard transplant with them for more than a month and no one has replied to me yet. But they managed to reach out to me to write a nice review for their clinic lol.

Ripoff , you get what you paid for

Quite frankly I had a wonderful experience. Everything from the start to the end was good. The consultant team including Emre and everyone was friendly and helpful. The nursing staff that helped prepare for the hairkine fixation was just great I didn’t catch their names but they were wonderful. Operating team was great and they were able to efficiently carry out the process. The follow up was smooth as well, I remember Sibel was very helpful in going through the post op guidelines. Also Mark has been following up and in touch regarding progress. Now I am being patient and waiting for the magic to happen! Overall my experience was wonderful 🙏🏼

I had such an amazing experience with Dr Serkan. I’ve had two procedures there (front and back). And each experience was extremely professional and organized. Starting with the pickup from the airport, everyone who assisted me was friendly and the communication was very thorough. Which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. The results from the operation speaks for themselves. My hair coverage and density is beyond what I ever expected. This speaks to the pure mastery of your team. After being bald for 20 years, Coming back to my life, everyone can’t believe the results. And every chance I get, I’m sharing my experience. Great experience. My name is Hassan and I came all the way from USA to Turkia. I planned to do hair implant and teeth implants at Dr. Serkan Clinic. To start with, everything went smoothly and amazing. This exceeded my expectations. Once I arrived at the airport, they gave a ride to the hotel. The day of orientation, I met Dr Serkan , he was very friendly and kind. the most important about him that he was very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to welcome you and make you so comfortable. he also takes your opinion on what you are looking for. I am also glad I met Emre, he is always there to assist and I am glad to know him. He is really a special person and he doesn’t hesitate to get back to me everytime I have a question. The surgery went smoothly, even there was a little pain, but it’s not really something to be scared of. it was like one minute or two little pain. The rest went smoothly and the implant went fast even the surgery took almost 6 hours . There was always a follow up to check on how am I doing. The service is one of the things that amazed me. I had a ride from hotel to clinic everyday to make sure I am doing good and take next steps (scanner, washing hair, teeth implants ..etc) everything was so organized and everyone was there to assist and to support. Not to forget the one who arranged everything for me before I travel “ Marseel ”. Lastly. I really recommend.

I have just had a hair transplant and must say I’m truly amazed about the professionalism and super service. All the way from the first contact till the operation and following checkups. Everyone has been very kind and helpful and I have been in good hands all the way.
