Paysera's team has decided to close my account without any justification. After holding my funds for nearly 3 months, I contacted the support team to inquire about the reason for the closure, but I received no response.

Paysera’s service is extremely unprofessional. They closed my account without any explanation and have held my funds for over 4 months. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

I would like to thank Paysera for their collaboration and professionalism in handling my request. Their team provided excellent remote service, responding quickly and efficiently to my needs. I am very satisfied with the quality of their support and their responsiveness.

Paysera holding my funds on my business account which costed me a huge loss on my business. they closed my personal account and since my business one is connected to it it has to be closed too. but there is 360$ in there where they keep taking 5 euros as a monthly fee and not letting me transfer funds. they said i need another business account to be able to transfer my funds. this is so stupid. i am the owner of the company i should transfer funds where ever i want. i did some researches and found that a huge company like Wise will let you transfer funds from your business account after they close it to any kind of account you want. business or personal. i am having a hard problem releasing my funds and it has been 3 month and Paysera are only responding to my email with AI email templates.

So i was just scammed 3140 euros from paysera, I made a deal with a guy P2P so it was a one time deal, the guy sent the money which was around 3140 euros paysera confirmed the payment everything was fine and the guy got the think he paid for, after a week paysera refunded him the money without me knowing and without my permission. I have been going in and out with them for about 3-4 months they dont respond to my emails, and dont even help me with getting the money back. Dont use them please no safety here
