Installation was easy but could use more detail for safety latches , works great but cosmetically from shipping and paint shop could use more quality controll their was cardboard stuck in paint and some of stickers were ripped and damaged . Sad when you buy a product and it comes looking like that .

Although the girl I was working with was very friendly. She did not have a good grasp of product knowledge. And even when she put me on hold she returned with incorrect information. About what came with the lift, and what were add-on's.

Excellent hoist! Very versatile. Quality construction. Been waiting two decades for one that is useful in my "typical" garage. Very good installation instructions too!

Wheel size quoted not actual. Cylinder on one leaked. Casters too small making it difficult to move lifted car that only weighed 2200 lbs.
