Great lift at an amazing price!

Customer service was fantastic. Shipping was quick, and with tailgate service, delivery was a snap. All has gone well, now to get it installed and used.

Great! I was able to have it delivered to a local business that had a forklift that set it on my utility trailer. The driver called ahead so I was able to meet him there.

The lift arrived relatively quickly. Some scraping on lift due to shipping, no big deal to me. The directions were pretty accurate, except the parts list is off a bit. Took a phone call to figure that out. The fittings that allow for fluid to enter the lift cylinder are a bit too long to allow for drilling the back center hole. One hose arrived damaged, they sent the wrong replacement and sent another which worked. Lost almost three weeks there. The long hoses should be about five feet longer as the motor must be placed in front of the car for the supplied hoses to work. This is difficult in my home garage. My two cents. Overall, the customer service guys worked at correcting any issues and I appreciate that. Leveling the lift is great fun too! Update- Be very careful when you complete the installation of the hydraulic fittings to the cylinder. You might have to pull the carriage part of the way out of the lift frame to get the cylinder out. The directions do not tell you that the blocks that align the carriage have to be installed in one specific orientation or problems will occur. I found out the problems. So, be sure to observe or take a picture of the top blocks just before they come out of the lift frame so as to put them back in correctly- there is a long side and a short side. Again- Miguel was quick to point this out, after the fact but he quickly assisted, Thanks- Miguel.

I placed my order then I got called from a representative to make sure what I ordered was good for me and he helped me make the right choices. I did receive the maxjax and got it installed and very happy with it.and would do business with them again

Ordered 2 lift adapters over 30 days still no items delivered. I have been told twice the items were shipping on Monday.

the maxjax took a beating in transit, decals were all scratched along with the paint in some areas, no instructions in the box ?, had to google it to find them and then the assembly of the safety catches was not shown and had to just figure it out which is kind of dangerous ?, the lift works good and i was a mechanic for 25 years but for someone not familiar with automotive they are going to struggle a bit !
