This is the first time that I have used Des Gosling Motability, but it will not be the last, I cannot recommend them enough! We first came across them at the show in Birmingham in 2023 and were very impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and advice they gave us that we decided to make the two and a half hour car journey (twice, to try then order then to collect) to purchase our new powerchair from them! They made sure that there was absolutely NO problems…A HUGE thank you to everyone involved…we even met the boss!

This is the second under ring I’ve had fitted and I cannot praise all at Des Gosling enough. They are professional and very helpful. On the second occasion they also fitted a scooter hoist. When I first thought about getting hand controls I looked at the videos on their web-site which were extremely informative and as a result I chose Des Gosling to fit same.

I have used Des Gosling on 3 occasions to fit hoists in my cars. Always been perfectly satisfied. I just had a swivel/lift seat fitted for my wife as a passenger. She found the first one a bit uncomfortable. Went back today and they changed it for a different seat that she is now very pleased with. Thank you for your cooperation.

Had an issue with a wheelchair whilst at download. These guys at des gosling really stepped up and went out of their way to help us. Great cup of tea btw. 👍👍

WOW this company certainly go above and beyond. I have been dealing with a lovely lady over the phone named Tina. This lady should be justifiably proud of herself for her kind and friendly telephone manner. She has absolutely pulled out all the stops in helping me with my motability car adaptation needs, and has even sorted out for an engineer to visit my home to sort out the lifting eyes on my mobility scooter. Des Gosling Mobility have got themselves a real gem of an employee there. IMPRESSED
