This is an excellent little company. They are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Alexander came to collect my powerchair when our new vehicle was being fitted with a new hoist. He was very polite and friendly. He explained what was going to be done and gave me a time when my chair was being returned. Can't fault the service at Des Gosling. They really put themselves out to help install the equipment I needed. Ideally they would have preferred to have my vehicle in their workshop overnight as had 2 tricky pieces to install. But because I couldn't be without it overnight they agreed to come to my home and the engineer worked tirelessly to get it all done in 1 day. I would highly recommend this company. From my initial enquiries through to the final fitting, they were understanding and willing to do whatever it took to make my purchase and fitting of the disability equipment as easy and convenient as it could possibly be. Don't go anywhere else until you have spoken to these!
