I struggled with the standard hand controls, my legs kept hitting the long bar and I couldn't adjust the seat to where I wanted to. I was due a new car and in speaking with Des Gosling they suggested hand controls that went through the steering column. They are exactly what I wanted. 5 stars to Des Gosling for excellent customer service and fitting the controls in the best position

Have used this firm for the fitting of disability aids to my last four motability cars. From initial advice to final fitting, even through the constraints of Covid 19 - they never disappoint.

The installation process was done in our drive and without problems by a fitter who was very helpful with any questions we had. Because there are only the two of us the majority of time, we leave the scooter in the boot with the rear seat down. The only problem we have had was to stop any movement of the scooter under braking or cornering which we know have achieved. I would recomend the company being very helpful from first enquiry to the finished product.

First time getting a hoist fitted.No input from gosling's at all and no demo .It was left to car sales person.It felt like they got a sale and that was it.👎👎👎👎

Just to confirm that my most recent visit was to have my hand controls refitted as when they were fitted about three years ago I was just being a bit pessimistic about my feet and removed them (The controls,not my feet !!). At the age of 91 I felt the need for your controls again and again experienced the splendid and courteous Gosling service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Kel Prince
