Des Gosling did a fantastic job. Our new car was a Mercedes CLA which has an unusual rear profile meaning many hoists would not fit (auto chair for example). Des Gosling ordered a number of hoists so we could see and try before deciding which one to use. They then fitted it professionally and quickly. We thoroughly Recommend them.

Everything went smoothly, my only criticism would be the steering aid the knob is on the inside of the wheel, I could do with it being on the outside of the wheel.

We had an adaptation to our vehicle to include a hoist to enable my husband to better ‘manage’ our trips out using my scooter. He has an ongoing heart condition and although we had chosen the lightest scooter on the market, lifting it into the boot was proving difficult and strenuous. Having a hoist fitted has made life a lot easier. It is simple to operate and tucks away into the side of the boot neatly. There is just one criticism- not including a car sticker which warns other road users not to park too close, in order to allow enough space for the hoist to operate effectively. We had to purchase one separately.

Communication was unessasary kept asking e for make model of things even thou told them once and my dealer had info too . Ty hey fitted my hoist it seems ok but no demonstration offered or after care support
