Work done efficiently and professionally. Very pleased with adaptation. Consulted before and during the work to ensure it was what I needed.

They were excellent from start to finish. They were even kind enough to lend us a car when the delivery of our vehicle was delayed.

Damage occurred to our scooter when preparing it to be lifted by their hoist. It was effective denied but it did happen.

The Des Gosling engineer arrived at my home when expected and carried out the adaptation to my car in about 30 mins. I had a left-foot-accelerator adaptation fitted and it works very well. They charged £60 extra to come and fit the device at my home, which is reasonable and much more convenient than having to take my vehicle to their premises. They gave good advice and suggestions regarding the need for familiarisation/training with an adapted car before I ordered the same changes to my own vehicle.

Des Gosling was great and very organised and kept me in the loop before I collected my adapted motability car. Thank you.
