The package took nearly 14 days to arrive at destination city and i had to collect it myself from postoffice or i miss my plane

I provided the correct address, but my payment method defaulted to my old address. I let Nature’s Balance know within seconds of making purchase. Their response? Silence for five days. Then a very unhelpful email saying my item was already on its way to the wrong location. “Nothing we can do,” they said. No compensation, no discount, no effort to make things right. Having paid hard-earned money and received nothing but frustration, I definitely won’t be ordering with them again.

Clicked on a link to this website from a google search and was sent an ‘activate your subscription’ email. I hadn’t added my email or signed up to anything- i had simply looked at the product page. Deleted and blocked. Creepy.
