Excellent knowledge, very quick responses to questions, clearly knows the countries and gives ideas on how best to achieve what you want to get out of the holiday. Needed to re-jigg itinerary on route to Kenya/Uganda which was done very quickly and efficiently. Superb service - first class.

This was a holiday of a lifetime, made special by being so well guided both in choosing appropriate accommodation in Zimbabwe and by using Track Safari's personal experience in selecting excellent camps for our stay.

The accommodation and advise from Sue was brilliant. Zambia off the beaten track and very natural. Mykambi safaris superb. Just be prepared for tetsy flies. Loose light coloured clothes and a wafting stick .

If you want a personal experience on your safari Sue Preater provides just that. Unable to take part in the two small group safaris (Kenya and Tanzania) I was originally interested in (due to availability) a few bespoke days were arranged before I joined the Classic Kenya safari with Pollman Safaris. 24 hours in Nairobi (visiting the giraffe breeding centre, the elephant museum and Karen Blixens house) gave me the best introduction to Kenya. I then took a flight down to the Mara for a 3 night stay in Porini Mara camp, a private conservancy, which was amazing. Quiet and close to the animals in an open sided jeep with very informative driver and spotter plus incredible freshly cooked food and very comfortable accommodation at the camp.

Sue is a very knowledgeable and friendly lady and helped us to plan the perfect self drive holiday in Namibia. We had many questions at the planning stage and Sue was committed to answering them all resulting in a successful road trip. What an AMAZING adventure we had. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

We are experienced travellers in Southern Africa but this is the first time with Track Safaris who we met at Destinations Travel Show. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for Sue, she listened to what we wanted to do and came up trumps. Our trip to Northern Tanzania/Zanzibar was faultless. Our driver/guide was excellent and our game viewing was mind blowing. Accommodation was great. Camping in Tanzania was amazing.
