Really good customer service. After having my hair done I wanted more hair taking off, I called and spoke to the staff and was asked to come back. I went in a was seen straight away and had my hair cut again for no extra charge. Really great quality product and fantastic experience.

Great people, brilliant service, very trustworthy and have a lit of knowledge after having a system fitted from another well know and overpriced company the truth really came out when coming here, had been give a system that was not even black originally, but Tom and Alex were more than helpful explaining everything and also telling me the fixes step by step, they will make you feel comfortable.
