excellent and quick service , will update review when will be able to use italian keratin .. but now I can say it looks amazing 🤎 was looking for pure italian keratin and believe this is right one , strong and high quality .

The first time I used Foxy Easy to find location, friendly staff members. However, the hair colour match was wrong, even though I said it would be but it's hard to match in unnatural light. The fitting took a lot longer than suggested but sped up when another staff member took over. About three days after fitting, despite following instructions, the hair was impossible to manage, looked awful and cost way too much time each day to try and put in a way to hide it. This is on top of using Foxy's own products as recommended and never using anything chemical or damaging. I even wash my hair in natural spring water as that's our water supply. Lots of the tapes fell out as a result. The tapes are quite noticeable too and it would have been good to be consulted on how I style my hair so I could put my hair up too. I've had extensions for years and never experienced problems. All in all a disappointing experience and hope it's a one off as it's a good and convenient set up, if a little pricey given the hair needs to be replaced often and I only got a few days' use out of my purchase and left me feeling ashamed. Really had hoped for a better experience.
