Fantastic products and service

I have sew in weave fitted by Angelica and it has been amazing Really easy to look after and the hair is amazing quality I have used all the products to wash condition and protect my hair and they are all fab Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Wouldnt rate the hair

I have had different types of hair extensions fitted and the hair quality is not good from foxy, the hair looks fake and doesn’t stay styled as well as other makes. They also struggled to colour match my hair.

Had an Indian remi LA weave fitted on …

Had an Indian remi LA weave fitted on Thursday at Metro by Angelica, its my first time trying foxy hair extensions, I have worn extensions for the last 2 years, I have to say these are by far the best fitted LA weave method I have had, they are totally undectable and I can wear my hair up with ease knowing the extensions are not visible. I bought all the foxy recommended products and have literally just washed for the first time, my hair washed, conditioned and combed through with ease, I have blow dried and straightened to finish, my hair is very easy manageable, silky and soft. I note that on some previous reviews people are saying the hair mats, this is definitely not the case, my hair is the indian remi lasts up to 12 weeks, and I am very blonde, the hair has not matted once and is very easy to brush, wash, style and maintain, following aftercare advice and products. I will be returning for my 6 week check and again for new application in same method. Thanks foxy for my luscious lox xxx

DO NOT BUY!! As of my previous review the most expensive of these hair extensions shred! I was told to contact customer services who have now advised me it is because I had dye put on my roots let me make this clear no dye was put near to the bonds and I did not have my roots done until 5 weeks after fitting of the extensions I have never had this problem before with any other brand of hair extensions foxy have told me to buy more and have them fitted as now after 7 weeks of having them in the hair has gone so thin the bonds have gone soft I followed all the rules used all of their products only to be told to buy more! It is a fault with their product I am sure of this I would not advise anyone to buy these as even with this fault they have not offered anything to sort the problem a bit of advice but not to fix the problem without me having to spend more, terrible product, terrible customer service and a lot of money spend, stay away!! Customer services just try to make out that its something you have done rather than the fact there is a problem with the product! AS FOR THE RESPONSE BELOW! THIS IS LIES, I HAD THESE BONDS FITTED 7 WEEKS AGO, AT WHICH PRIOR TO THIS MY HAIR WAS COLORED THE BONDS WERE FITTED AND STARTED SHREDDING AFTER 2 WEEKS BADLY I HAD MY ROOTS DONE A WEEK AGO - ONLY THE ROOTS NO BLEACH WAS USED IT WAS ROOT TINT - NO BLEACH AND IT DID NOT GO NEAR THE BONDS AS WHEN THE BONDS WERE FITTED THEY WERE NOT PUT SO CLOSE TO THE ROOT AS TO TOUCH THE SCALP NO COLOR WAS PUT OR GOT ONTO THE BONDS.......IT IS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR BONDS - I PURCHASED ALL OF THE FOXY SHAMPOOS, CONDITIONERS ETC - AND AS FOR THEM STATING THAT THEY HAVE OFFERED ME SOME KERATIN TO FIX THE BONDS THIS IS LIES I HAVE A COPY OF THE EMAIL WHICH THEY SENT TO ME WHICH I WOULD UPLOAD IF I WAS ABLE TO WHICH STATED 'WE WOULD RECOMMEND RE-BONDING THE HAIR AND ADDING IN A PACK OR 2 OF HAIR TO INCREASE THICKNESS' NOT ONCE DID THEY OFFER ME ANYTHING OR DID I DECLINE ANYTHING FROM THEM THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THAT THEY ARE NOW LYING!!!! PS SEND ME THE FREE KERATIN THEN IF YOU HAVE OFFERED THIS TO ME AS I WILL ACCEPT IT TO TRY AND SAVAGE THESE TERRIBLE HAIR EXTENSIONS SOMEHOW THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO LAST A YEAR.....WHAT A JOKE!!!!

AWFUL!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Awful hair such a waste of money. I bought clip in hair extensions for £120 and was told they would last 3 months, I have wore them 5 times and they are matted! I’ve spent less than half of that amount on other hair extensions in the past that have been so much better quality than these! So so disappointed, not to mention them go even worse after a wash.

Awful Hair Quality

Purchased Indian Hair from Foxy for a client for fitting with micro rings. Hair looked ok but you never really know if it's going to be any good until it's washed for the first time. Client had the hair in for 3 weeks and it has matted and knotted to the point it had to be removed because it was physically unmanageable. The Indian hair apparently should last 12 weeks, in my 4 years experience any company who is willing to charge you that kind of cash for something that lasts 12 weeks needs shutting down. It's daylight robbery. Customer Service was overall a waste of my time. They were too interested in trying to find fault with the care of the product instead of just accepting the product as poor quality. They have clearly god all aspects of 'no refunds' covered, making you accept terms & conditions when buying a simple product like hair just so they don't have to give you a refund on a 'faulty, false advertised' product.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. After being color matched, I accidentally ordered the wrong color, and Amy quickly wrote me an email letting me know. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have known until they arrived, and it would have taken a few more weeks for me to get the correct color! In addition, when I was sent the incorrect aftercare package, they sent me the hair brush that was missing for free. They are quick to respond and I really appreciate that! In addition, the hair is soft, luscious, and very good quality.
