First time of having extensions fitted and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are professional and helpful and the quality of the hair is great.

Had hair extentions in before from other companies and had bad experiences. Had my hair in 3 month from the newcastle branch and they have been great only lost a few bonds because of using the wrong product on the hair extentions. My hair had been great and defiantly recommend them!

Amazing extentions, I've had all sorts and these are the only ones that have lasted without damage without irritation and I'll be definitely coming back! Couldn't be happier!

Want exactly sure about what extensions I wanted. I am getting married in a week and wanted something that would last. The girls in the salon have been brilliant and advised me to get the pre bonded that could last up to 3 month. So happy and excited. Girls very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will recommend.

My natural hair can only be described as baby hair and the lovely girls at the metro-centre store somehow make my hair look amazing.....can't thank them enough for their time and effort they put in to transform my hair. Thanks girls Shelly x
