Extremely low standard of support.

Extremely low standard of customer/technical support… if you have one of their products that becomes problematic or even fails on you…. Then the APECS team basically does the same to the customer in a support aspect. They will become problematic throughout, and they will fail you. We experienced this firsthand and were very disappointed. Very disloyal considering we were a loyal customer that had purchased many of their products. They need to remember. Great customer service will always cost far less than bad customer service in the long run. I will never ever purchase an APECS hardware product again, and that’s for sure.

AP keys constantly break due to flimsy…

AP keys constantly break due to flimsy plastic head. Not fit for purpose. Why not do solid metal? Oh yes so you can get more money out of customer, silly me. Avoid if you can!
