Love this platform. So many songs and so easy to learn.

They do a great job of teaching. It is made fun, easy to follow, and I found it very effective to get me to a point to play something, that was reasonably challenging, to a stage where I think I can play quite impressively.

The lessons are ok, mostly, and it got me started playing a few pop songs, so kudos for that. It's just video lessons though, with a human voice. The lyrics/chord sheets are stored as images (like seriously?), so you can't copy and make your own notes. The only option is to print, and then annotate... Not a green solution. This kind of protection is really annoying when you've already paid for the subscription. I left feedback on a few lessons, and heard nothing back. So to me it seems like no one is listening. Downloadable lead sheets or sheet music (the musicnotes solution is not a real solution) and MIDI files would be super helpful. What bugs me most of all is that the cost of the monthly subscription just jumped by 80%, with no additional value to justify the hike. That's unacceptable behavior, so I've cancelled my sub.

Great videos but most of all great comms and customer service, they go out of their way to resolve any dispute.

I've been a member of HD Piano for many years. It's a great way for me to learn a song. I can play and I understand music but I don't read music. Watching the instructors and listening works for me. They teach me the song then I decide how to play it. I'm learning about 10 songs every year. Big fan.

I always have just enjoyed piano more when someone just shows me a song. These lessons are great. Bite sized, well explained and demonstrated. I wrestled with formal lessons for along time but I can just have fun with this. An old man playing his fav 80s-90s tunes.

I am very impressed with how good the instructors are! This is by far the best online piano instruction! I've been able to learn songs that I would have been impossible without your fabulous instruction! Bravo!

I think it is all good except you need to have the sheet music with the chords on it Showing the key and some of the teachers move to fast ; for example , Amazing Grace - the advanced version - would of loved to learned that version but he goes to fast ; however , if you have the sheet music I could follow that because I can read music ! I came here to learn rifts and flavors to expand on my playing !

Need the sheet music as often with melody versions it's a great help while viewing the video
