Asking for a review when ive not even recieved the parcel i asked for next day and i have still not recieved it 6 days later with no info with where my parcel can be!!

Parcel was soaking wet and when opened up Both containers had burst open, I’ve lost A lot of money there!! I have photo proof if needed

All good apart from the next day £7.00 delivery that I paid and still received m parcel two days late.

Paid for next day delivery. 2 days later order arrived, when I opened the box only half of what I ordered was inside. Called and left a message 4/5 days ago, still no call back. Really disappointed.

Excellent customer service - Lorraine went above and beyond to get my order dispatched on time and very swiftly made me aware of 1 item which was not available. She arranged for an immediate refund and made sure the rest of the order was as requested.
