Not good. Placed an order and paid for next day delivery. Order not received or confirmed. I then cancelled order 2 days later. Would not use Love Tiki again

Fast and reliable service

Great price and speed of delivery. 8 orders with them since finding them in April last year, to replace a less than enthusiastic sales team at my old supplier (Nisb*ts)

Having placed an order online for a product that was marked as in-stock, I was very pleased to be made aware that it was being dealt with almost immediately. The following morning, I was happy to receive an email telling me that my order had been picked and dispatched, an hour later I was informed by email that the delivery company they use would be delivering the following day and would inform me of a one hour delivery slot later.Three hours later I received another email telling me that they were out of stock, my order had been cancelled and a refund would be made.Because of all the conflicting information, I rang the company to find out which bits of all the information they had sent me, were either fact or fiction. I was told that the first two emails had be sent in error and indeed they were out of stock, the person who took my call, was abrupt, showed complete indifference, failed to offer an apology, asked if i wanted to wait three weeks for stock to arrive or have a refund. I asked politely for a refund and she promptly hung up without a thank you or goodbye. It was the first time I have dealt with this company and needless to say, it will be the last. Naturally I have no confidence in their ability to supply goods and I have no time for disinterested and impolite staff.

Would have been 5 stars but the courier just threw the parcel over the gate of a shared drive, was very lucky my neighbour noticed it lying there. Douglas Wright

I ordered a crock pot and the item was delivered very quickly and packaged carefully. Unfortunately when I opened the box one of the ceramic weights was cracked in two. I emailed love tiki to ask for a partial refund and they came back to me straight away with a full apology and a full refund too. Great customer service
