I have ordered these cocktails for a friends and got them delivered to their house but everything is connected to my email and these cocktails still haven’t been delivered that’s about 2 weeks now we’ve been waiting!! Absolute shocking!!

First and last order with Love Tiki for me unfortunately. I called to check on my order over a week after I had received the despatch notification. I was told this would be looked into and someone would call me back shortly. No one called me back, I had to call again. I was then told that they assumed my parcel had been lost or was damaged in transit by the courier. No replacement was offered, just a refund. Not helpful when the items were purchased for a birthday gift. I appreciate parcels occasionally go missing, but the fact that no replacement was offered and no one called me back means that I won’t be shopping here again.
