Recently took my very expensive coat to be repaired. It had several cuts on the front with feathers falling out!! I wasn’t expecting miracles, but got one anyway. Two patches covering the damage and honestly you can’t even see them. Highly recommended by me.

Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recently took 2 items into savoy for repair and was absolutely delighted with the results. First was a brand new overshirt which i managed to rip the shoulder within 10 mins of putting it on. The repair is such it looks like part of the original design. If you didnt know it had been ripped you'd never know! Second was a feather filled gilet, which after a few washes/wears had lost all the feathers in the back. I had taken it in on the off chance that maybe it could be refilled. I was informed that refilling was unnecessary as a gentle tumble dry would help refill the empty area. Although i was sceptical i agreed and handed it over. When i went back to collect it i was gobsmacked to see that it had worked and my gilet had been plumped up again!
