Superb service after speaking to Katie and explaining how I've been let down by another manufacturer of a mattress whereby I've been waiting a month for delivery and no communication at all, Katie just took care of it so my baby daughter has something to sleep on tomorrow. Just a load off.. amazing. Later that day, I got all the tracking info over and an email saying to check early evening for the tracking to show. Item was delivered before 10am the following day, I even got an email from the saying it’s delivered and asking to confirm, followed by a phone call to check also. Spot on. * there’s you’re 6th Star!

Merchant Beware - Won't Release $10k In Gift Card Sales To Merchant
I am a merchant that uses Giftfly to offer gift cards on our website. We have been with them 3 months and they have about $10,000 dollars of gift card sales that they have not released. They would typically release funds once a week, however, starting in January they stopped funding us. I have requested the release via email numerous times because they do not answer their phone calls. Cory, the CEO responded to my requests and said that their payment processor holds funds at their discretion and will release when they want to apparently. No apologies, no we'll contact our processors to see what the hold up is. It seems shady, I would not recommend working with this business.

Shopping for fine jewelry on the internet can be fraught with problems and uncertainty, particularly when the website is for a store outside of the country. The exact opposite was true of my experience with the Ecksand team. My two carat Asscher cut studs were just as described and even prettier in person, as were my three stacking birthstone rings. The Ecksand team was super-easy to work with and very responsive. Now if only I could meet them in person!

My experience designing a custom engagement ring with Ecksand was nothing short of a dream come true! As someone who values ethical manufacturing and consumer transparency, I've always been on the fence about where to go when it came time to pick a ring. (And as a designer myself, I knew I wanted something special.) I happened to come across Ecksand just before they did a pop-up shop in Toronto (they are based on Montreal) and was able to set up an in-person consultation in Yorkville. Erica was absolutely amazing! Her expertise and passion made us feel so confident about working with them. And the stones she suggested were spectacular! The end design was truly breathtaking. Better than I could have ever imagined! I ended up designing my dream, ethical engagement ring--something I once thought would be impossible. I cannot thank Erica & her team enough!

The store is located in downtown Montréal at the 15th floor of an office tower. The access is quite easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting time usually short. Ring adjustments are also possible and the timeframe is respectable. I can definitely recommend this place.

Needed my fiancé’s wedding band redesigning to match mine with less than 3 weeks left before our big day! He’d inherited a plain gold band from his grandfather, which we wanted altering with a pattern and the addition of a diamond. Rang almost a dozen jewellers who said it couldn’t be done in time - but it wasn’t too much trouble for Gladstones! As they have a workshop onsite they turned it around in a week and it is EXACTLY what we wanted! They even polished my own wedding band, which I’d bought secondhand elsewhere. I've been really happy with Gladstones' service. I was on a tight schedule so I requested for the ring I ordered to come early and they worked with the team to help me get this done.
