Always order from here. Food always fantastic. Tonight totally different. Food cold. Chicken calzone which we regularly order totally different. Full of peppers which are not usually in there and no garlic butter. Definitely different recipe. Mixed kebab cold. Meat tough. Phoned to complain which I never do. Said they would collect order and replace but my children had already started to eat the food so said they couldn't do anything as we had accepted order. Not happy as we are very loyal customers who order very very regularly.

We were so excited to try the finish at home menu, having been recommended by a friend. Website was easy to use, delivery arrived on time and tracking worked brilliantly We opened the box, smelt fab, and then realised the Thai sweet chilli sauce had gone all over everything and there was non left. We emailed, we face booked…..never got a reply The Thai fish cakes (now very dry) were like rubber The satay was ok The mains were gorgeous in flavour but hardly any meat, the duck dish had four tiny bits of duck….to serve two people! We were very disappointed, not with the flavour, that was great but the lack of contact, response and lack of meat

Amazing food always...

We love this restaurant and have been regular customers since our boys were babies (they are now 13 and 10!). During the pandemic we have been ordering regular takeaways from them - the quality is of the same high standard - always delicious. We went to Wales last week and took some of their frozen food with us. It was easy to cook and tasted just like we have in the restaurant. We are now ordering more frozen portions to send to our parents who live far away. Thank you Chilli Banana - your food has made us happy during these strange times!

Restaurant favourites delivered to your door

Missing our Chilli Banana restaurant in Liverpool. Brilliant to find we can order online for delivery the following day. All our favourites, beautifully packaged and frozen, with detailed cooking instructions. Food delicious - exactly as in restaurant. Apparently it can be delivered anywhere in UK. We will certainly be ordering again and having a supply in our freezer. Thanks!

Rigtig lækkert mad, fantastisk god betjening 😊 Vi har lige afholdt fødselsdagsselskab for 50 gæster på Restaurant Klinten. Det var en stor succes hele vejen igennem. Smuk bordopdækning og helt fantastisk udsigt til Ø- havet. Utrolig lækker og velsmagende mad, og der var rigeligt. Vært Per er venlig og imødekommende, og tjenerne Mette og Ditte var professionelle, søde og opmærksomme dagen igennem. Tak for en dejlig dag, vi kommer snart igen:)

Vi var en lille sluttet flok, som alle nød den flotte udsigt fra egen terrasse, de flot pyntede borde, den gode mad mad, den vildt gode og nærværende betjening - ja ALT spillede perfekt. Arrived smashed, no compensation

I paid £100 for a Gauthier Home valentine’s box (£100 for food only, no wine). It was a large amount of money for me and I was really looking forward to receiving the delivery. On arrival, the first course (pastry appetisers) were smashed, as was the mousse dessert. Furthermore the glass ramekin containing pate was smashed with small shards of glass inside the pate - inedible. There were also no instructions in the box and I had to ask for them. I emailed Gauthier and all I received was the offer of a discount against a future purchase. Not at all inclined to purchase again and put off by the customer service as well as the state of order on arrival - I’m sure I was unlucky, but for me a waste of money and feel really stupid for having spent so much. Food and meal was okay - but not amazing. Quite disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Truly disappointing Valentine's box

I ordered the Gauthier Valentine's Day box 2022 and ate the meal on the evening after the arrival of the box. The meal was overall bad, comically bad, and very different from how it was advertised on the website (or even on the menu in the box). The quality of the food reminded me that of a school canteen. While one doesn't need to do many things with the ingredients provided in the box, I would have appreciated clearer instructions on obtaining a good presentation for the plates. I would have also appreciated larger pictures of what the plates should have looked like. The only pictures provided were tiny pictures on the printed menu (or one had to look at the pictures on the website). And many of those pictures were of different plates from those provided in the box. Other pictures could not be recreated (for reasons provided below). The Valentine's box consisted of eight courses. So I'll go through them: 1) Canapés: The canapés are substantially different from those shown on the picture in the website. However, this was probably the best part of the meal. The faux gras is good. Though the pieces of bread on which to serve it are minuscule. Also, the herbs sauce is quite tasty. 2) Bread Apart: quite disappointingly, there is only one piece of heart-shaped bread for the two of us. It was good. But I feel that here there was a bit of a play on expectations. Now, we start getting into the bad: 3) Dressed Coco “Like a Crab”: A ball of shredded coconut with a red sauce, herbs and capers. The herbs and capers come together, so it is impossible to separate them recreating the picture provided. The sauce is also very liquid, so it is quite impossible to get the clean presentation of the picture. Anyways, the taste is kind of okish. The coconut flavour gets boring very quickly and isn't too interesting. And overall, the sweetness of the coconut doesn't mix too well with the other flavours. The capers are tasty though. I think this was at least a quite original idea, though it failed in execution. 4) Black Truffle lasagna: Not too different in flavour from a supermarket mushroom lasagna (with a bit of truffle). Quite disappointed in the quality. I don't think the fact this was vegan is a good excuse. 5) Celeriac Tournedos: We are given two celeriacs and a sauce. The sauce is really bad and smelled like dog food. Worse than many store Quorn sauces. We both only had a small taste of this plate since the sauce was too bad to eat it. We made one of my girlfriend's housemates try it and he spit it immediately. Furthermore, the final result looks NOTHING like the picture on the website (which clearly is a different dish), and the sauce was a completely different colour from that of the tiny picture on the menu we were provided (on that picture the sauce was quite red, while our sauce was brown). 6) Crunchy Radicchio Leaves: These are just radicchio leaves with a dressing. I think there are some extra things in the picture, which overall cannot be recreated. The leaves are not crunchy and many of them browned. Not sure why who made the box expected the radicchio leaves to stay crunchy... 7) Red Love Velvet: This actually has a nice gold leaf on top which is not on the picture. Overall a nice flavour. Not terribly interesting. But not comically bad as the previous dishes. 8) Chocolates (4): These are ok. Two chocolates are heart-shaped, which is nice. In theory there was also some granola, but much of it was pulverised, and since the meal was so bad we didn't really want to try it the next day. There were also some tiny heart-shaped candles and some fake rose leaves. I think this was a terrible waste of money (£100). Especially considering that for roughly the same price one can go to a good restaurant to eat, while the quality of the main dishes of this box was comparable to that of Tesco food. Except for the Tournedos, which were too bad for that standard. I am sure this box ruined many Valentine's day dinners. Ours would have been ruined if not for the fact that by the end we were having a laugh at how much we were feeling scammed. I had very high expectations on this meal given the fame of Gauthier, how great the pictures of the plates looked, and the price. The meal I had was terribly disappointing in all of the main dishes. PS: The box was delivered to the wrong address (with the wrong address written on the box), in spite of Gauthierhome having the correct address (as confirmed by their emails). I am not sure whether this is a mistake of the company or of the shipping service they used.

Not an enjoyable experience

I was really looking forward to trying Gauthier at Home, but nearly everything in the box was a great disappointment and I would say it ruined my weekend having to eat this food over 2 days when I can cook something much better myself. Four of the dishes had the same flavour, which I think is rosemary. As a long time vegetarian I’ve not tried foie gras so I don’t know if faux gras is trying to be similar but it had no complexity, only rosemary. Kohlrabi carpaccio tasted of rosemary, carrot veloute tasted of rosemary, harissa cauliflower even tasted of rosemary. The only dish that was remotely enjoyable was the potato Boulangere but it was very oily. Tarte tatin looked and tasted cheap. Alexis Gauthier should taste this food before dispatching it. On the basis of what I tasted I certainly wouldn’t go to his restaurant. Two of the dishes actually made me feel nauseous afterwards, probably because they were so oily.

Out of this world flavours, clever dishes and easy to follow instructions made this experience something we want to repeat again and again. Can't recommend this highly enough! How shall I put it? 'COULD DO BETTER'

I bought one of their box meals during lockdown to try and was really looking forward to it. I had already had a box from The Brook Restaurant and had been delighted with it. Being a Michelin chef I expected really interesting things to try with good taste combinations from Gauthier. My husband and I have been vegan for some 30 years and love trying new things. The Gauthier box arrived on time as promised and it was well packed. I loaded it into the fridge ready for the following evening. All the instructions were fine. Well, to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The flavours by and large were underwhelming and some of it - a risotto - was so vile we put it in the compost bin after one mouthful - it was fatty tasteless slop and neither of us could stomach it. It left a dreadful coating on the teeth as if you'd bitten into a block of lard or a wax candle. Yuk. Asked to review the meal by the restaurant I responded by giving marks out of 10 for the different elements and saying why we hadn't thought much of many of them. Despite saying they wanted our thoughts - good or bad - we have never had the courtesy of a response so I can only conclude that they only want glowing reviews. I hate giving a vegan restaurant a poor review - and I said that to them - but being ignored has led me to put one on here as I expect that for the money I should get something that is not just a cut-above the average, but is at least some way enjoyable and edible. In this they failed miserably. And they demonstrated that they have a bad attitude problem to customer complaints. And to think that I wanted to try some of the other boxes listed on their website. Oh dear.

Perfekt gourmetophold

Vi blev budt velkommen af en rigtig sød tjener, som anviste os vores dejlige værelse. Da vi kom ned igen, viste hun os ind i pejsestuen, hvor der var tændt op. Hun spurgte, hvad vi ønskede at drikke, og kom snart med vores kaffe og te. Opholdets højdepunkt var gourmetaftenen: 5 retters menu med tilhørende årgangsvine ( fantastisk oplevelse, prøv det ) igen serveret af samme søde, vidende tjener. Retterne blev serveret med lige tilpas pauser indlagt. Morgenen efter var der anrettet en dejlig morgenbuffet med alt, hvad der hører dertil.

Vi havde et dejligt 3 dages ophold på Sallingsund Færgekro. Det var midt i januar og absolut lavsæson. Alligevel blev vi forkælet med lækker 3 retters menu og overvældende morgenbuffet. Desværre upassende lang ventetid mellem retterne gældende for de fleste borde i restauranten. Tjenerne vidste dårligt, hvor de skulle gøre af sig selv. Det er ofte sket. Maden i orden, men ikke spændende. Det har været meget, meget bedre.

Sød og imødekommende tjener bød os velkommen og vi blev placeret ved et utrolig smukt og veldækket bord i restauranten. Vi var 5 inklusiv et barn, vi bestilte blandt andet braiserede svinekæber - de var møre, men helt uden smag! Svinekæberne blev serveret i en klæg sovs også uden smag - rigtig ærgerligt da svinekæber er en lækker spise. Derudover forstår vi ikke, at man ikke serverer lækre nye lokale kartofler til menuerne - det er dog højsæson for ny danske kartofler.

Galten - Misinformation omkring priser og menukort

Havde hjemmefra kigget på denne cafe og kigget på deres menukort for at se om det var noget. På menuen er der forskellige pizzaer og tænkte det lyder meget lækkert. Kommer ind på caféen og får et helt andet menukort udleveret med andre priser. Spørger så hvorfor menuen er anderledes her inde på hjemmesiden og ligeså priserne. Den meget unge medarbejder siger at de har forskellige menuer men man sagtens kan bestille fra den fra hjemmesiden også. Fedt, tænker jeg og peger på den pizza jeg vil have fra min tlf til 109 kr. Da jeg skal betale koster pizzaen pludselig 60 kr mere. Jeg spørger medarbejderen hvordan det kan være. Hun siger at det er fordi det er takeaway og derfor koster det mindre. Der står ingen steder på hjemmesiden at det er en takeaway menu og at priserne ændre sig caféen. Medarbejderen sagde selv at det havde hun lige glemt at nævne. Jeg er helt med på at priser i restauranter og caféer er dyrere end takeaway men i og med det ikke står nogen steder og medarbejderen fortæller mig at jeg frit kan bestille fra menuen på hjemmesiden, samt siger at hun glemte at nævne det så synes jeg det er ringe at hun opkræver mig 228 kr for en pizza og cola i stedet for 168 kr. Er lige flyttet til byen og synes egentlig stedet er hyggeligt men enormt dårligt førstehåndsindtryk. Tror ikke jeg vil vælge stedet igen.

Min gamle mor bor i Galten og har benyttet cafe NORR mange gange og altid med stor tilftedshed. Jeg har været der 2 gange når jeg har besøgt min mor. Simpelhen et fantastisk sted. Lækker mad (store portioner og en fair pris), kolde øl/sodavand, hurtig servering, godt personale, gode menukort, hyggeligt miljø og lækkert varmt nybagt brød. Jeg bor i Odense og går på cafe og restaurant 6-7 gange om måneden i byen og cafe NORR er på højde med de bedste steder i Odense. Complemente😊🙌❤️.

Skuffende oplevelse

Vi er 4 venner, som i anledningen af Dinner week havde bestilt bord og en 5 retters menu. Her dagen efter er vi alle enige om at det var en skuffende oplevelse. Serveringspersonalet var søde og imødekommende, men manglede overblik og generel viden om både maden og den tilhørende vinmenu. Maden var kedelig af udseende, manglede smag og var kold. Håber I vil tage kritikken her op til overvejelse og gør jer meget mere umage. Venlig hilsen de fire venner.

I uge 7 var jeg på caféen sammen med min mand. Vi blev mødt af venlig betjening med smil på læben. Vi bestiller begge en steak, den ene med pebersovs og den anden med bearnaisesauce. Købet var stegt til perfektion og smagte fantastisk. Der var både en frisk salat og steget grøntsager samt pommes frites til. Den eneste lille ting jeg kan sige er, at jeg godt kunne have tænkt mig lidt flere pommes frites og så måske undvære enten salaten eller de stemte grøntsager. Men ellers intet jeg kan sætte fingeren på. Det var en hyggelig aften. Tusind tak

Min kone og jeg bestilte fiskefilet og fiskefrikadeller med pomfrits. Fisk og frikadeller var der ikke noget i vejen med, men pomfritterne var stort set uspiselige. Man skulle tro pomfritterne var flere dage gamle ud over at være tørre, kedelige og gummiagtige. Meget få og enkelte var friske og sprøde og kunne spises, resten blev efterladt og så ryger de vel i frituren igen og igen. Næste gang er vi mere påpasselige med at bestille med po fritter.

We have recently removed our gas commercial cooker due to saftey concerns so decided to go all electric.We wanted a Lincat Phoenix electric 6 ring induction cooker. The purchase of this from Cater-Connect was straightforward and the delivery date was as promsied by them. I explained that as we were a small tennis club we would require contact from the haulier prior to delivery and also our premises were difficult to access. It was agreed the haulier would phone prior to delivery which he did and then he unloaded the cooker and trolley jacked it right into our kitchen which was perfect.

Poor customer service. Calls were never answered. Initial emails were unanswered. The only time I got a response was when I asked if this whole establishment was a scam as the customer service felt like a scam. Only then did I get a reply. And despite being promised they would update me as to when they got the item from the manufacturer, this didnt happen. So I requested a refund, which to their credit was promptly issued.

Slow service, 20 mins for drinks order to be taken, 30 mins for food order to be taken. Food was cold when it arrived, burgers dripping with fat, so much so it was literally pooling in the bottom of the burger tray, had to wait 15 mins for some fries to arrive that we had ordered. Burgers had all been eaten by the time the fries finally did arrive, no apology given by staff. Waiting staff did not return to tables to check everything was ok/take further drinks orders. Had to ‘flag’ staff down to get their attention. Quality definitely gone downhill. Used to be good. Won’t be returning.

I attended the restaurant last night for a 60th birthday party was being friendly towards the waitress as I was given the wrong drink I told her I would manage, and touched her gently on the wrist. This seemed to be a big issue as the manager got involved he approached the table and did not ask for details just said not to touch again I apologised but was made to feel uncomfortable no thought was given to how I felt just disregarded my feelings. If I had been a younger customer the waitress would have been happy to interact but because I am older she did the opposite I feel sorry for any one off a certain age who would like to visit this restaurant you are not made to feel at home they only want younger clientele from my experience

As I’m a full time carer for my disabled Mum, I don’t eat out as much as I used. Today, my sister and niece came over and we decided to visit “Lala Peshawari” in Hounslow for a change from Taste of Pakistan- BIG MISTAKE! We’re not big eaters so only ordered lamb chops, chicken Karahi, lamb kabli pulao, tandoori roti’s and a jug of mango lasso. Lamb chops were so tiny, literally two tiny mouthfuls per chop - the meat part was the size of a fifty pence piece - complete rip off! Chicken Karahi was mediocre and full of bones. Kabli puloa was so bland, no flavour in the rice or the lamb shank. Mango lassi was ok, nothing to write home about. Same with the tandoori roti’s. When I went to pay the bill at the counter, I mentioned that the lamb chops were so tiny, the manager said “you should have complained before eating”. She further said they would have taken the lamb chops and thrown them at the butchers face! 😳 I was too focused on trying to eat and feeding Mum at the same time to even contemplate complaining. Magnanimously, she took the service charge off the bill. I pointed out service charge is discretionary and I wouldn’t have paid it anyway! So no actual discount given. Overall, completely disappointing experience, tasteless food, not worth the price and would not visit again or recommend it to others.

Sent a wrong order to begin with and talked rudely and aggressively. After a long struggle, I received something in exchange after a month. The customer service is so bad. Sent me a necklace and jhummar which was all broken. I paid on top for a velvet box and then they never sent it in that. Crystals were missing. The jewellery is made or poor quality. Save your money and buy elsewhere! First I chose a different design was told it was available and then they wouldn’t refund my money and sent me another design. I have ordered this set from Naveedbrossjewellers nd asked them to only replace pink colour with maroon. You cam see they have changed the colour of entire set. The quality is so low, it is already rusted and turned to black at various spots. Number of so called stones were missings. They just didn't waste my money but time as well. The quality is so low that my heart is crying for spending my this much amount. The quality I received is not more than 1 -2k. They are on the urge of not refunding instead asking for exchange. The set has polishing issues, its not a high weight piece at all, stones are missing. Im so pissed off. Worst experience.

Tom Yam suppe burde som minimum indeholde citron græs og ikke som den ret jeg fik, en erstatning af almindelig citron saft. Keang kiew wan var ikke stærk som jeg bestilte og anmodede om Thai aubergine men fik danske. Smagte godt men ikke som Thai mad - Coconut miik gør ikke forskellen alene! Kan desværre ikke anbefale restauranten.

Vi havde bestilt bord til kl 17 så vi havde 1 1/2 time til at spise mad inden vi skulle i royal arena kl 19. Da kl var 18.20 fik 2 af os mad. Men vi andre fik stadig intet…. Vi endte med at dele så vi bare fik lidt mad inden vi skulle videre…. Virkelig en dårlig oplevelse og en træls start på en teater aften.

Min mand ringede 5 timer før besøg og bestilte bord til 3. Ham, mig og vores lille datter på 10 måneder. Vi sagde tydeligt at vi ønskede en højstol. Dette kunne sagtens lade sig gøre, de havde stole, blev der svaret. Vi møder så ind 5 timer senere til vores reservation, hvor deres højstol ikke er ledig fordi at de har givet den til en anden familie. De har desuden kun 1 højstol.. så sad vi der med en krudtugle på 10 måneder i skødet som gjorde det helt umuligt at nyde måltidet. Og det værste af det hele, så prøvede medarbejderen at tage højstolen fra den anden familie, og spurgte hvornår de var færdige med at spise.. godt nok syndt for den anden familie at de skyndte sig at spise færdigt så vi kunne få lov.. Super dårlig service! Vi blev kvitteret med et “beklager det kan vi ikke gøre noget ved” Måske burde i ikke love en højstol ud når i ikke kan levere! Især når man bestiller 5 timer før fremmøde!! Derudover fik min mand sit måltid, hvor jeg skulle vente i 10 minutter før min tallerken kom ud? Enten total uprofessionelt, eller også kunne de se at det var helt umuligt for os at spise samtidigt alligevel med et barn på skødet. Super ærgelig oplevelse.

Utrolig dårlig oplevelse! De 2 stjerner går til de stakkels ansatte, og alt for få, som kæmpede en hård kamp for at gøre alle tilfredse. Maden var elendig, vi var var 6 prs. og maden blev serveret med megen stor forskel på tid. Min mad var blevet glemt, og det var tydeligt, at den blev klasket sammen og reelt ikke var det bestilte. Det der ærgrer mest, er dog, at vi ikke gjorde vrøvl!

Realice una solicitud un lunes para el sábado, no recibo confirmación, el miércoles llamo por teléfono y no contestan, envío un correo y recibo lo mismo (NADA), el viernes vuelvo a intentar teléfono y mail obteniendo lo mismo (NADA de NADA). Contacto con el restaurante y no se han puesto en contacto con ellos, pero amablemente se ofrecen a darme las condiciones. Cuando llega el sábado, recibo un mensaje de Restopolitan diciéndome que no es posible tener la reserva. Contacto de nuevo con el restaurante y me dicen que nadie de Restopolitan se ha puesto en contacto con ellos, pero lo pactado con ellos sigue. Acudo al restaurante, muy amablemente me atienden y por su cuenta me hacen el descuento. Gran Profesionalidad de Restaurante y NEFASTA RESTOPOLITAN.

Devenu vraiment nul, sauf à habiter Paris !!!

Pour tout vous dire, cela faisait plusieurs années que j'utilisais Restopolitan pour mes sorties resto, dans un premier temps avec succès... Mais autant au début je disposais de trois restaurants partenaires dans un rayon de 15 km autour de chez moi (j'habite à Gambais, dans le 78), autant aujourd'hui plus personne ne veut bosser avec cette entité ! J'ai d'ailleurs contacté Restopolitan, dont il me reste deux cartes d'abonnement non entamées, mais devenues inutilisables autour de chez moi, et ils m’ont tout simplement invité à me rendre à Paris pour trouver des restos partenaires !!! Bref, il faudrait que je fasse désormais 58 bornes pour aller au resto, puis encore 58 pour en revenir ! Vous parlez d'une économie ! Et un grand bravo également en terme d'écologie !! Bref, j'ai sollicité en l'état un remboursement de mes deux abonnements non entamés, rendus inutilisables me concernant (sauf à déménager sur Paris !), et ils m'ont gentiment fait comprendre que je devais aller me faire voir... Bref, un grand merci à Restopolitan, qui ne se dit absolument pas responsable de tous ces restos qui ne veulent plus d'eux ! Non mais franchement, c'est de la faute à qui si ceux-ci refusent désormais de bosser avec vous ? Il n'y a pas de fumée sans feu ! Bref, si vous habitez Paris, çà doit encore valoir le coup ; mais alors en dehors de cela, oubliez ! Car vous achèteriez comme moi pour un soi disant avantage, totalement inexploitable dans vos environs...!!!

Vergonzoso. No contestan al teléfono y mail. Van dos ocasiones en las que hago una reserva en una web en la que gran parte de restaurantes están cerrados temporalmente. Sorprende esto desde un principio. Estoy esperando la confirmación de la segunda reserva. Con un poco de suerte recibiré contestación (seguramente de anulación) antes de desplazarme al lugar ?¿. He puesto una vela!!!! Creo que es una estafa y las empresas están colaborando en ello.

Lamentable ! Quand j achète la carte il y a soit disant 3 restaurants dans mon département. Et maintenant 2 mois plus tard plus un seul, comment dire qu'il me semble que je me suis bien fait b...é ? Je me suis tourné vers Restopolitan. Voilà leur réponse : La carte Restoplitan est utilisables dans tous nos restaurants partenaires. Un restaurant a le droit de ne plus collaborer avec nous ( nous ne pouvons pas rentrer dans la politique de gestion des restaurants)nous ne sommes pas responsables des raisons pour lequelles un client achète une carte.Restopolitan nous sommes en train de recruter de nouveaux restaurantsla carte est remboursable dans un délai de 14 jours de la date d'achatAucun remboursement ne sera dû. Voilà tout est dit ! Ps : j ai mis une étoile 🌟 car moins c est pas possible.

Après 7 tentatives de réservation n'ayant pas abouti, j'ai enfin obtenu une confirmation pour un repas dans un restaurant. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise quand une fois sur place le restaurateur m'annonce qu'ils ne travaillent plus avec Restopolitan et que je ne peux donc pas bénéficier de la remise ! Quand je m'adresse au service client on m'offre des bons gratuits, qui bien évidemment sont eux aussi inutilisables (puisque impossible de réserver où que ce soit !) Pour résumer : ce site est une pure escroquerie, qui vend un service inexistant

Ik bel om te vragen waarom de bestelling geannuleerd is en krijg doodgewoon antwoord dat zijn collega tegengehouden is door de politie om te blazen en dat ik zogezegd moet bellen naar de flikken. Dan kreeg ik als uitleg dat hij zogezegd alle bestellingen heeft geannuleerd omdat hij geen zin heeft om overuren te doen...? Hij wilt geen nachtwerk doen zei hij😂 en personeel betalen kost hem te veel😂 daarna stuurt de eigenaar belachelijke berichten naar de klant.

I saved for 40 years and put my savings into this "wonderful company!" Desiree called me and set up everything. They had all their stuff together. They set me up with a great business. I started it all with a small down payment and monthly payments. I paid for 5 years, then suddenly. I was no longer getting responses, as soon as I was ready to pay off the business. I emailed, no answer. I called all the numbers, no answer. I researched online. It seems that they have gone out of business with my life savings. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I am so frustrated and dissatisfied this was a bad investment.

First off, I think the Training and Customer service for Time To Eat Delivery is excellent. Now Deliver Logic, the Software company not that great. I have already been a business owner, know the tax laws and payroll laws, and did my homework on the delivery business. I did make them change the Employee Hand Book to read "Contractors Hand Book" and change the verbiage in the handbook because I am giving drivers 1099's; they can't be employees. TTE employees respond fast and try to help the best they can, but I don't think any of these TTE employees have run a business before. They think all you need to do is work hard. Yes, that does help, but that is not the only factor. I busted my butt to get restaurants to sign up for me. I spent $$$$ in advertising to get customers to use my app. Now, after over a year in business, I don't think the company overall can make enough money to live on; it will take a long time to make a salary like 13 years. I bought the company for $55K and invested $100K in advertising, employees such as a Marking professional $2,000 salary a month that worked part-time, and an IT installer of tablets or hooked up Chowly for $18 per hour as needed bases about $400 a month. It is tough to get restaurants to trust and sign up with you and to stay with you. If you do not bring in business, they get rid of you in a month and turn off your tablet. I only get orders through Google Food Orders. No one orders from my Time to Eat App. So if the company doesn't use Google Food Orders, then I can't do business with them. I even offered free delivery to my customers for a year to the first 100 people that signed up. No customers nowadays order from apps. I ask customers how they ordered, and they just say "Through Google! I don't want to deal with any apps." Door dash and Uber have the same problem. Maybe 3% of their customer order from their apps. Everyone in my area of California orders from GFO (aka Google), which is off Google. They Google the restaurant and click Order Online. Another thing is I don't get enough delivery orders now that Covid is not a big deal. I do get Walk-in orders, but Delivery Logic, the App company, will not let me markup Walk-in orders. How Delivery Logic can dictate how I can run my business is mind-blowing, but they can because you use their dispatch services and software and App. They can tell you what you can charge and who you can sign up on your website. This isn't fair I still get charged for it running through my business. After Google takes 10%, partnered restaurants take their percent; and Deliver Logic takes their percent, credit card companies that their percent. I might have 6% money to work with to pay bills. I had to pay a good driver stand-by to pay $150 a week for sitting around doing nothing to keep a driver in an area I was not close to myself to do the driving and to keep his App on. Now, I have it farmed out to Uber or Doordash and no longer have drivers because I couldn't afford to pay stand-by and the monthly bills. I don't have time to keep hiring drivers because I don't have but a few deliveries a night. Overhead is not taught in the training package. There are bills like mailboxes, licenses, Insurance, and Credit cards for office supplies and meals for eating at the restaurant you are hoping to get business to have a meeting, and paying me a little salary is a joke! I am afraid trying to get my $155k back will not happen unless I bust my butt for the next 20 years. I just ran my first full year with TTE, and my financial statement says $5,500 positive for 12 months. This is inaccurate because the darn report doesn't have overhead costs. So I have to use another Accounting software to do my accounting. It is more like negative $150k. I calculated it out, and you will need over 1000 restaurants to make $50K a year, but this doesn't count your overhead cost. Overhead Cost: Gas, any driver's bonus, mailbox, Insurance, license, accountant fees, and your salary. I busted my ass and only got 90 restaurants to put their faith in me. I won't give up because I might have to go to other rural areas that Doordash and Uber don't go to as much. It might take me 13 years to get 1000 restaurants, that is what I calculated, and make $65k and under 20 years to get my $150k back. My only problem is I have to be the darn driver or ask the family if they can help. It's tough when you need to make $$$ and a living, but you only get $400 a month to work with. How do you do this and a job? I am not satisfied at all with my investment. The competition is too great, and customers are too dumb to use the App and get free delivery. Thank God, or I have a bigger loss. The biggest problem is everyone has their hand out, taking my little 10% that I charge the restaurant and the 10% I charge the customer. I mean mainly the Delivery Logic and Google!

Don’t waste your money and time with…

Don’t waste your money and time with TTE. Their training and resources are archaic and are not up to par with current technology. The 8-weeks of training is not actual training. They give you one module per week to work on your own and will not let you advance to the following modules if you finish early. They insist on having your software training the week before your soft launch and expect you to know everything you need. Once you launch, you’ll look like a complete moron to your restaurant owners when you can’t answer their questions to issues or concerns about the DeliverLogic software they’ll be using. Apparently, I was their only client who has ever wanted to receive the software training well in advance and for me, I wanted it on day one. You’ll also rarely hear from them or get responses from emails or phone calls. Their continued support after you launch is you submitting a ticket for help and hoping they’ll respond in time. If you get a hold of anyone by phone, they’ll tell you they’ll look into your issue and never get back to you until you ask about it again. Or they’ll just tell you to submit a ticket for your issues. Their market research of your area is only done on the population size of your zip codes or on information that doesn’t help you succeed. Clients struggle when competitors such as Doordash, Ubereats, etc. are already in their market that they fail to tell you. They give you a budget of $2000 for advertising which is not nearly enough to get you started when your competitors spend millions to advertise in your area. Our local radio station alone costs about $450 per week to advertise with a 10 week commitment and other advertising companies charged well over $2k for any service. When you tell TTE you’re struggling and overwhelming stressed out, they will offer their help but turn around and ask you, “How can we help you?” and, “Tell us what you need help with?” Clients have no idea what they need help with when they’ve never owned a business themselves. It’s not that TTE won’t help, they don’t know how to help. They are not staffed with experts or experienced professionals who have owned businesses and know tax laws, accounting, or IRS requirements. They simply tell you to hire a lawyer and CPA, which for clients, are unaffordable since they’ve already paid TTE their life’s savings from 401Ks and retirement accounts (TTE’s lowest package is currently $54,500). They have no references to any potential or major issues you might encounter. They advise you to hire individual contractors for drivers but they give you hiring documents like an “employee handbook” which the IRS clearly states that if you refer to them as an employee and require them to be uniformed, they must be classified as W2 employees. Additionally, you will not receive all the materials in your contract unless you ask them about it. Had I not done an inventory before I launched, I would have never received my printers that were included in my package. Don't make the same mistake I made. I wasted $54,500, which was their regular package at the time.

This business is NOT turn key and it takes ALOT of work to make a little bit of money. Time to Eat Delivery does not know how to run a delivery service but they actively sell the business model. This is not the first time Desiree Malek has sold this model. Buy nothing from her, she's a con-artist. She has sold this failing model under a different name before and closed it when the pressure got too much. The owner of the business does not even operate a delivery service herself. They are closing their doors AGAIN! The dispatch team is awful. Drivers have to go through hell with the dispatch team to get an order. This business does not work well. Sure you will make money...less than $10 after fighting with dispatch for an hour or two. What a waste of time and money. ALOT of Money gone. If you want to get into delivery, work directly with a dispatch team. Do not buy it through a business like Time to Eat. You will be throwing money away.

Great Opportunity If You're Willing to Work Hard

I started working with TIme To Eat a little over a year ago. I would not have been able to start my delivery business without them. Their team is responsive, helpful and professional. Starting a business is never easy, and my journey hasn't been easy. I didn't expect it to be. I feel too many people pay TTE their fee and think a business will magically grow with little or no effort on their own part. TTE gives you the tools and a roadmap, but you have to choose to use those tools and follow their path or do it your own way. Every market is different, and an entrepreneur needs to be flexible and able to make decisions that will work for their unique situation. One should not expect TTE to hold all the answers in their hands. I didn't follow everything TTE told me. I started down their path, and when I met with restaurant after restaurant, I learned their needs and started doing things differently to accommodate them. A business owner must be 100% accountable for their business. When I read reviews blaming TTE about their own failures, it is clear to me the real reason they fail is lack of accountability. Time to Eat points you in the right direction. You have to bust your butt to ensure you arrive at your destination. If you're not willing to work hard, don't sign up with TTE. Don't start your own business. Continue being an employee and procrastinating on someone else's dime.

My experience with Timetoeat has been great from the get go. It’s not a fraud it’s a real company and I have been to the main office for training myself. The staff is great and my business is doing better than I expected. I had my investment back in less than a year which is incredibly fast for those who know how real business works. I see a bunch of negative reviews pop up all within a week after years of positive customers. That looks more like a fishy campaign than a true reflection on Timetoeat

Buyer beware!

We started researching Time to Eat in May 2021. We checked reviews on the BBB. We watched all of TTE’s videos online and we were sold on the “Workplace Lunch Delivery.” After TTE was featured with Montel Williams on The Balancing Act, that sealed the deal for us. Little did we know, anyone can pay to be featured on The Balancing Act. We spoke with the financial companies that work with TTE clients and we were told that we would have no problem paying the loan back within the first year. This ended up not being the case. When we were eventually able to get financing on our own and start the training process, we had modules missing and there were not any modules on the “Workplace Lunch Delivery” at all. We were told “Workplace Lunch Delivery” was something that they do not recommend anymore. This was after we had already paid IN FULL and invested our time. After a few weeks of training, some of our supplies started trickling in. We were highly disappointed in the boxes that we opened. The tablet stands were cheaply made and embarrassing to take into our partnered restaurants. The candy jars, stickers that did not fit on the jars, and expired candy we received, was subpar to our expectations. Our brand colors are charcoal gray with silver lettering. The hats that we received were black with white lettering. The uniform shirts were the cheapest shirts possible and were not available in the size that we needed. As for the “design team,” everything was cookie cutter designed and looked just like all the other RDS’s from TTE. We were told that we would be able to customize our logo however, this was not the case. We wanted our font to match TTE Delivery’s branding. We were told this wasn’t possible and that we could not add anything else to the design. All of our marketing materials included a “launch” code for free delivery that made all of our marketing material unusable. The training for hiring drivers was poor and a waste of time. We did not get a business plan or handbook during the training process. TTE has very little knowledge of the restaurant delivery service and hospitality industry. Whenever a question was asked, we were met with “that’s a great question, let me ask the team and get back with you.” This sounds great in theory but we often did not receive answers to those questions. There was absolutely no training on finances at all. When setting up tablets for restaurants, TTE knew from previous clients that fake emails do not work, but continues to train new clients to use fake emails for software use which hinders business. The ads for Facebook were purchased for an area that was 30+ miles away from where were starting up and this was a waste of money. When the sales person came, we were told that we would have to pick and choose which restaurants we wanted because we would have more than 20 partnered restaurants to start with. This was not the case. In fact, we still do not have 20 and we are at our 7 month mark. We were told that if a restaurant refused to work with us, they could be added to GFO (Google Food Ordering). This is not ethical for good business practices. The sales person was unprofessional. He pushed his son’s graphic design services on us after we declined. He also got us thrown out of a restaurant from being too aggressive. While he was here, he engaged in several unsolicited conversations about weight loss. We were told that the app for our customers would be available in 4-5 weeks after our launch date. In reality, it was actually 3 months after we launched. We were told that by week 5 of training, we should free up our schedule or take several weeks off of work. At the time, we had a successful trucking company for almost 3 years. We communicated with TTE about the timeline of training and launching. We were very clear about the importance of following our timeline before the trucking company was dissolved. At first, we were bullied to start sooner than our projected launch date then because of the high demand of other clients starting at the same time, we were manipulated into starting later and told that it was unknown when we would launch, which was false. In short, we had a successful business. We took a step of faith and wanted to serve our community. We were taken advantage of and given poor tools and training. We were unaware of the extreme learning curve and due to this, we are unsure if financially we are going to be able to continue in this industry. The toll that this has taken on our marriage and our mental health has taken us to new lows. Buyer beware! Do not let them manipulate you. I came across Time To Eat searching for a business I could start that would help others myself and my community , I don't have a dime to lose so I did my research and found Time To Eat to be a reputable company! So I got my cash together and here I am on this new journey in life and I just want to say" Thank You Time To Eat Delivery for amazing service and your knowledgeable staff that I now call family I have learned so much from the training modules and the zoom training meetings and I am eternally grateful for the keys you have given me to run a successful delivery business. The whole team has been so very accommodating and always there when I need help. May 9th I had the opportunity to go to the home office, meet the staff and do some training ,they are young geniuses! I was so impressed with their expertise , professionalism friendliness I did not want to leave ! My representative came down to form restaurant partnerships for me this past week so I went with him to learn all that I could learn, by day 2 I was able to walk in a restaurant and form a partnership with what I learned from my rep! I was bursting with excitement! I will be doing my soft launch soon it is more like a test drive where friends and family place orders so we can check for glitches and make sure all of my software is working properly before the full launch which I am grateful for because it gives us the opportunity to fix anything that needs to be fixed! Do not use if in Europe

A small order was purchased using express checkout to hopefully receive the items within 4 days (Europe) the order was returned by customs and I had to wait for it to arrive back with squires before they would send it back out. This took 4 weeks in total to receive my order and was hit with a 40 euro import duty on top. Will not use again

Really disappointed

Really disappointed,order arrived, a fruit cake. I ordered for a family event, it was so dry it was not edible and we discarded it, I was the provider of the cake for the occasion and was embarrassed and disappointed with this contribution. I contacted the company who refused the refund because I couldn't provide photos or batch number, as I had stated previously it was so embarrassing we threw it out. Would never order from again

I bought Oil based colours from this company called Cocol (their own brand ones) and they are complete waste of money, do not colour chocolate at all. Even that colours were sealed they didn't accept return. So be aware before you by!!!!! They are Fooling people!!!!!

Pre-frozen small sponge cakes

Ordered small sponge cup cakes 31st MAY, Squires-shop description of them stated they could be frozen. Which was my intention for some of the 24. I was surprised to find when they arrived looking rather damp, and slightly squashed, that the box had a second sticker (not shown on the photograph on the site) showing they had already been frozen! BestBefore of 13th APRIL and Frozen on 12th MARCH! It has never been recommended that anyone re-freezes de-frosted food but that is what Squires told me I could do. I've just had to wait thirty days for the refund, the other items I bought, Icing sugar etc., were fine. They should endeavour to display accurate descriptions of what they sell. Had they stated the cakes had already been frozen I would not have purchased them.
