When I found VisitUs online, I started with the month-long free trial, and it made processing information very easy and efficient. Just finished the free trial on our account and have upgraded to the paid version. Definitely worth the cost and saves so much time.

Superlækker mad og god betjening. Vi fik ad libitum og selvom medarbejderen ved ankomsten sagde, at hun var alene og der godt kunne være lidt ventetid, fik vi maden ret hurtigt - og spiste op, som vi blev bedt om. ;-) Vi ses igen. :-)

Jeg købte og betalte for længe siden 4 værdibeviser med 14 rettersmenu hos Mezz via SweetDeal. Værdibevis udløb 20/12. Indløsning skulle ske senest 7 dage før afhentning af menuen. Derfor bestilte jeg 11.dec menuen, med afhentning 18.dec - altså før værdibevis udløb. Svaret jeg fik på mail var: … Vi har desværre udsolgt resten af indløsningsperioden, som har varet i 9 uger. Som der står i betingelserne, så skal der tages forbehold for udsolgte dage og der er nu kun er 9 dage tilbage, så har vi ikke plads til flere i den resterende tid, da den er populær. … Da jeg meget ærgerligt skriver tilbage om jeg kan få menuen efter jul, ombytte beviset til en anden menu, eller få pengene tilbage, er svaret det samme. Hvordan jeg i himlens navn skulle kunne vide, hvornår der blev udsolgt aner jeg ikke. Det kunne i princippet være udsolgt efter 1 uge…Eller? Sweetdeel fralægger sig alt ansvar. Fair nok. De er formidlere. Men hvordan kan Mezz uden at varsle kunden, bare afvise mig med, at der tages forbehold for, at der er udsolgt? Så…hvad? Mine penge ligger hos dem og hygger? Jeg er meget, meget forundret og frustreret. Det føles udspekuleret ikke at blive varslet om udsolgt, eller får pengene tilbage eller: sælg kun det antal værdibeviser, der kan leveres. Øv! Hvis jeg var Mezz, ville jeg sørge for en god kundeoplevelse ved at give pengene tilbage eller tilbyde en anden menu eller varsle kunden. Jeg har betalt 500kr for absolut ingenting. Er det fair eller et scam??!!! Jeg tror det sidste…

Mezz Madhus er en fantastisk oplevelse! Servicen var imødekommende og opmærksom, og personalet sørgede for, at vi følte os velkomne fra start til slut. Maden var intet mindre end fremragende – smagfuldt og smukt anrettet med tydelig kærlighed til detaljen. Stemningen var hyggelig og afslappet, perfekt til enhver anledning. Kan varmt anbefales!

We had dinner last night for the first time. Friendly staff, great fish. Although you can't eat the atmosphere, the atmosphere is great. In summer, outdoor dining will also be great. Only negative (slight) is it's very noisy.

Theo was very hands on in providing a short list based on my requirements. Appreciated his assistance in helping to help choose the menu, so I could maximise the budget I had. Great choices as the food was delicious. Excellent service provided.

Excellent! We needed to feed 350 people over an evening at short notice. &Dine gave us amazing options, did all of the admin and made sure our guests ate the most delicious food, and at a fair price. Will certainly be using them for our next event.

The sink we installed as per instructions is very poor. Why don’t they make them from the proper gauge of metal?, so thin and flimsy, I’ve a good mind to take it out and get a decent one !

I had an issue with my Dihl sensor bin which was out of warranty. I emailed Dihl UK and almost immediately had a response from Nathan, Customer Services Manager, who was very efficient and helpful in resolving the problem. This is customer service at its best, thanks Nathan.

I contacted customer service via their website over a problem with a bin lid that was still under warranty. I bought a monitor mount on Amazon many years ago and sadly lost the mounting plates. Just a short email, and I have been sent the replacement parts for free! Great customer service

I purchased an airfryer in November 2023. After a week the touch screen started to cause problems. The faulty part was returned and a new one replaced. Unfortunately in the 9 months of buying this air fryer we have had to contact customer services at least 5 times requesting a replacement. I am now left without an air fryer as they refuse to replace or refund because I did not send back the faulty part for the 6th time!!!! Absolutely frustrating. Will not use their service again

I purchased a Dihl sensor bin a few years ago and I had to replace the lid which was okay and it’s still working but the base of the bin has gone rusty and unsightly so I have tried to purchase a new base but cannot find one anywhere even on the Dihl site,is it possible to just replace the base please.

We recently purchased an automatic opening bin from Dihl ( SB-CRM35-RT23) and we're delighted with it. The bin is made from first rate components, we're very happy with it, it was a great choice, in fact it's the best bin we've ever bought

Honestly, I am so grateful that Munchery exists! The food is consistently delicious! I have neither the time nor the interest in cooking and I got tired of the same offerings at our local prepared food gourmet counter (which is also getting pricey!) So I tried Munchery. There is always something that appeals to me on the menu. The fish is always perfectly cooked, in my opinion. Last night I ordered chicken tajine which was absolutely a hit with my four guests! So when I'm having people over, I order from them and have rarely been disappointed. And it always appears on time!

Munchery is super convenient and has excellent food choices that are all chef prepared and easy to heat up and serve. I highly recommend them if you want a convenient way to eat well.

We usually are very satisfied with Muncery, but our last order (2 meals) 1 meal was missing. Also the drivers continually have their hand out or wait for a tip. I pay that tip on line when I order meals. When I called Muncery about the missing meal, I suggested that the drivers be given a receipt showing they received the gratuity from the customer because I didn’t want the driver to think we are cheap & the drivers deserved to know. Perhaps, we will pay the tip in person, but it is easier to add it on line especially if we don’t have any change!!! Like I said we are usually very satisfied with the meals from Munchery - usually the food is delishious!

Helt fantastisk sted og klart Slagelses bedste restaurant. Vi har været der og spise mange gange og er aldrig blevet skuffet Iver hverken mad eller service. Har også prøvet deres take away og det er lige så lækkert. Vi var der med nogen venner fra København i går, som ellers har prøvet mange gode spisesteder, men de var meeeget begejstret over Roots4 og siger de kommer tilbage på trods af afstanden. Sådan Roots4, fortsæt det gode arbejde. 😀

Hvis man vælger at lægge sig i niveauet 500 til 600 kr for 3 retter a la carte skal det være GOD basis mad. Jeg betaler gerne for god mad....Meget gerne endda...Især i slagelse, da der er meget lidt god mad Jeg havde derfor glædet mig til Roots4 åbnede igen. Men ak.... De åbnede med samme menu som i 2019! Forskellen var ikke længere var fjordrejer til de hvide asparges. Men ok, jeg gav dem en chance, for de var mit håb for rigtig mad i slagelse.. Det skal siges at alt hvad vi fik var generelt og overordnet var rigtig godt! Min kæreste fik hvide asparges m.rejer og hollandaise sauce...Asparges og rejer var dejlige - perfekt tilberedte- men en hollandaise skal smage af citron, ellers bliver det bare en varm mayo Det nævnte jeg ...fik lidt ekstra hvidvin uden at bede om det.. hvilket jo er dejligt. Meeennnn. Jeg fik tatar til forret... kød dejligt....chips af rodfrugter fantastisk dejlige - især grundet konsistens.... blev lovet mayo m. Trøffel..Der var MEGET lidt... Men ok sagde intet...dels grundet, at det var en god ren tatar , brødet er virkelig godt ( fyld op ????) Og jeg havde allerede nævnt hollandaisen.. Vi skulle have samme hovedret.. 255 kr for søtunge m.kaetofler og brokolini.... Dejlig fisk! Intet at sige der....overhovedt! Dejligt med grillet citron og kapers! Det der provokerer mig er at halvdelen af retten er dampet brokolini og blomkål..men de er rå?????? Vi kunne ikke engang skære disse med kniven. I går besøgte jeg Roots4 for første gang. Vi havde bestilt den helt store tavlemenu med tilhørende vin osv. Jeg har kun ros for både mad, omgivelser og betjening. Maden så flot ud og smagte formidabelt, og retterne havde en tilpas størrelse. Smilende og høflig servicering hele aftenen selvom der var travlt. Roots4 er absolut anbefalelsesværdigt.

2 ud af 5 stjerner. De to stjerner gives udelukkende for en glimrende hovedret og en helt fantastisk dessert. Det er kærlighed til råvarerne men ikke til gæsterne. Vi var der i 2 timer og endte med at betale ca. 900 kr for to personer. Vi nåede både at bestille noget som de så åbenbart ikke havde alligevel - og så blev vi helt glemt til sidst fordi tjenerne havde mere travlt med at dække op så de kunne holde fyraften. Da vi gjorde opmærksom på det fik vi blot at vide at desserten snart ville komme. Alt i alt; tag på Madklubben i København. maden er billigere, betjeningen bedre og hvis der sker fejl eller man bliver glemt får man en undskyldning og et forsøg på at imødekomme en eller anden form for kompensation for ulejligheden.

Orders 7th Jan, chased several times for an update as not received including text message. Processed a chargeback today. Previous orders have also been late but do receive them after chasing but not this time +=========== I emailed 4 times over the course of the month and text, I appreciate you have now dispatched the order. But every order I have made to date goes through the same rigmor. I will close the chargeback but the review I’m afraid is a fair reflection of the experience. Regards

Sent an order in on 4 January and it is now 6 February and we have still not received our order. We have sent numerous emails and they have not had the courtesy of any answer. Also sent emails to Al and still no answer. We spent £20. What a waste. Spoke to Nige at Spicey Joes, they had a computer issue and lost info. 2 days later I have my order in full plus a couple of extras free. Well done for customer relations 5 star now.

Items ordered are ok Delivery was ok So why a 1 * review..... On arrival a sticker on the invoice invited me to give Spicy Joe a good review on Trustpilot, in return they would send me a free gift. I don't need a "free gift" ( read as bribe ) to give a good review. If I'd read the reviews on Trustpilot I wouldn't have ordered.....the disgusting replies to peoples reviews by Nige make the experience very poor.

Placed an order, nothing arrived, sent an email which was ignored, sent another email which again was ignored, no order received, and being totally ignored when asking about it. Eventually got sorted when I posted a bad review on here. As the items did arrive, I have upgraded the review from 1 to 3 star

We went for lunch and we order moussaka and gyros. Everything was really great and the staff was really friendly. For takeaway we took waffles. The prices were really good.

Breakfast and coffee were delicious. The service was excellent. The prices are logical, and the outside view was stunning. We suggest for breakfast traditional Greek pies such as spinach pie or cheese pie or the fresh omelet with bacon.

Wir hatten ein Probierpaket, meinem Kind hat nichts davon geschmeckt. Zuviel Plastikmüll, wir werden wieder Gläser kaufen. Ganze Abwicklung und Lieferung war in Ordnung. Ging alles ganz einfach und schnell.

Tolle Produkte die die Kinder lieben. Sehr schade das es Yamo nun nicht mehr gibt. Hätte ich vorher gewusst das sie aufhören, wäre unsere Kühltruhe noch mal voll gemacht worden. :-)

LT33693 The only reason that this is not a 1star review is because of Elaine. Despite her best efforts, against their supplier and woeful shortcomings of their choice of courier ( DX Express), 3 weeks after order Im still without my order, and to be honest, no prospect or receiving it anytime soon. Firstly the warehouse missed my order placed on the 19th December, meaning that the item was now not going to arrive before Christmas, very disappointing. 2nd January now became the earliest delivery option, needless to say that came and went. Enter DX Express courier….delivery and schedule tracking for the 5th Jan provided. Duly stayed in and watched the tracking, the van came and went, but nowhere near our address for delivery. Tracking updated, and out for delivery following day, which was just a repeat of the previous day. Patience not at its highest level. Contacted Lovetiki with failed delivery attempts, ( is having the item on the van, the same as attempted delivery?) who then had to contact the supplier, supplier then had to contact the courier…..Still no prospect of actually getting the delivery Ild hoped for, back on the 19th December. Order cancelled for refund, items re ordered from elsewhere…..apart from Elaines support ( and thank you for that) consider ordering from elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
