Jeg bad om et møde og der blev lovet at Dynamik naturligvis inden denne tre måneders opsigelses fælde, ville kontakte undertegnede og høre om jeg var interesseret i fortsættelse af aftalen, hvilket også vil være etisk rigtigt, for hvem kan huske tre år frem i tiden, på det samme møde blev jeg også lovet at uanset hvad, så var hjemmesiden min ejendom, Jeg accepterede, dog modstridende de tre års løbetid ud fra det der blev lovet på dette møde. Jeg bad også om få det på skrift, men ej heller dette blev efterlevet, jeg fik desværre ikke fulgt op på dette efterfølgende. (der var 2 vidner med til dette møde) Efter de 3 år blev jeg i stedet præsenteret for en ny faktura på 30.000 kr for nye 3 års service, netop fordi jeg ikke havde opsagt i rette tid, hvilket de udmærket godt var klar over ville ske og som det formentlig sker 9 ud 10 gange, for deres kunder. Efterfølgende nægtede jeg at betale, da jeg under ingen omstændigheder ønskede at samarbejde med sådan et firma, det resulterede straks i trusler om advokat og retssag. Efter egenkontrol af den indgåede aftale 3 år tidligere, viste det sig at det eneste jeg har set, er en ordrebekræftelse og vel at mærke, ordrebekræftelse skrevet med store bogstaver, hvilket via Retskrivnings loven, betyder at dette dokument ikke har nogen juridisk gang og dermed ikke kan bruges til noget som helst. Samtidig havde de skrevet Esbjerg Kommunes cvr nummer på ordrebekræftelsen samt klinikkens navn som ikke er mit firmanavn, selvfølgelig havde jeg skrevet under på denne ordrebekræftelse, men guderne må vide hvilket firma de ”indgået kontrakt med” - så professionelle kan man ikke kalde dem. Efter de blev gjort opmærksom på ovenstående, var det pludselig ikke nødvendigt med advokat og retssag længere, men i stedet lukkede de bare min hjemmeside, hvilket jeg udtrykkeligt havde fået at vide at uanset hvad, så var hjemmesiden min ejendom. Da Danlamp startede et samarbejde med Dynamik Marketing for et år siden virkede alt fint og de havde nogle gode ideer til fremtidig hjemmeside og markedsføring. Halvdelen af det aftale blev betalt (kr. 25.000) og efterfølgende har vi konstant rykker for at komme i gang, tilbagemelding osv. Vores hjemmeside blev aldrig lavet og markedsføringen var så dårlig lavet, at vi fik ingen resultater ud af det. Ik heb goeie ervaringen met jullie. Boekjes zijn netjes zoals omschreven. Ik begrijp alleen niet dat als je boven een bepaald bedrag besteed dat je dan nog steeds bezorgkosten betaald. Ik besteed met regelmaat rond de €100,00. Dat had anders gemoeten. De laatste tijd bestel ik daarom wat minder.

Stripboeken waren in zeer goede staat en netjes verpakt.
