This company have been exceptional from the beginning, I had one small issue which wasn't carloans 365's fault, on arrival to collect my new car I was told I had to pay a fee of £280 which I did, I contacted Pedro at carloans 365 to discuss this with him as I didn't think I had to pay anything as the whole amount was financed, Pedro had this sorted out within two days and the money was back in my bank account, couldn't ask for a more helpful person than Pedro. I’ll be honest at first I was a bit sketchy to begin with, but Carloans 365 have been amazing from start to finish. I was fortunate enough to have Joel looking after me. We built a good understanding of what type of car I wanted and work with my monthly budget. Honestly I am happy the way they treated. I read some of their reviews with other clients who given 1 star, but they’re probably asking for low rates and trying to get high top end spec cars and don’t have the founds to pay back the loan. Because they don’t have a stable income. Carloans won’t give you a loan if you don’t have money to pay them back. Thank you to all the staff who helped me through getting my new car.

they didn't want to sell me a cheaper car claiming that I wouldn't get a loan for it because it's a distrustful dealer and they tricked me into a car worth about 6 thousand pounds for which I have to pay double the amount because my credit history isn't very good, claiming that it's a trusted dealer. It turned out that the car had been painted and stood unused for a long time, which they didn't mention in the advert and now they claim that I have to get a report from a mechanic because otherwise I can't return the car without a reason. They claim that the 2 week guarantee for returning the car is based on signing the loan agreement, not on collecting the car which I saw only after 2 weeks because it was 140 miles from me. I don't recommend any matters related to them. Now I stay with broken car and , big credit and I don't now what I can do
